I used 7/32”. I use this size mostly unless a piece is really curvy. Then I use 3/16” I find it bends easier without ripping. If you have thick glass use 1/4”

Hi, I have cut all the pieces for a "soccer ball." How do I solder the last few pieces on the inside? How do I clean the flux out?

You can make two bowls and then solder them together. Or you can leave 3 pieces off. Solder those 3 then attach. I clean the flux off the inside before closing the shape.
