Coach I have another question about real match scenario.In India tribal areas we mostly play on very hard rocky and sand filled ground with very little grass. Today I tried to receive the ball.40 % times some opponent tackled the ball before I could complete the pass.Plus I was not able to win the very short sprints and lost a couple of balls as I couldn't reach the ball.What will be my approach for scanning and winning those short distance explosiveness?
So today I played a 40 min football game in school and I feel so sore and I had a 2h training session yesterday should i train when I play with school or should I train tomorrow when i will have training with team and some times we play some friendly games
So for recovery I stretch two times a day I have good sleep 1.5l of water So can I have my legs raised against the wall for 15 minutes or using a ball instead of foam roller cause I don't have a foam roller

This is an issue with many players, consistency is very important and better way to have consistency is your routine. Try to eat, sleep and prepare the same way for each game!
But I'm going to work and do drills from your dribbling and first touch but I don't know how to have them in my training program I can train 4 times a Day for 2 hours please help me how I can train dribbling and first touch at same time and still improve

First you have to improve yourself without the ball then you can focus on improving with the ball!

You have to move towards the so you don’t allow opposition to intercept the pass!
