    Thanks Alex. This was really helpful, sometimes it's hard though when rejection sensitivity kicks in with being neurodivergent..which might be similar to the inner critic reaction.

      Same here as ADHD. The thoughts are constant, but even tho I am putting boundaries and of course meditating a lot.

    Two indicators of validating taking things personally, A) the individuals that mainly scare to take accountability to their wrongs, which i am putting boundaries at times my own family.
    B) My inner critical constant is pitting me down that i learned today with you to apply boundaries. Similar to say No to yourself.

    Thank you! I would put into a sentence "attunement", "felt sense", "trauma-informed" in relationship to "what helped" to answer briefly..., but I think that this would take wider space than a mere comment.

    Trauma response? Recent issue at work where I offered to clear the air, move on met by negative body language from the other party.
