Hey, many THX for this tutorial - it save a lot of time. It's nearby perfect (you forgot to loosen the two screws on the backside - for display removal) My fault: it would be better when I took a A4 sheet, break the vlog - made a screenshot (numbered from the beginning and put the corresponding screws to the number....) Cheers from 🇦🇹
Appreciate the video, but just want to point out your missing a step when removing the display screen. The two screws behind the screen have to be removed!
Hi, Maybe you could help me out and tell me where to find the bios or nvram chip on the m6600 system board and also how to reset it. I have a password on my bios settings I am trying to clear so I can change the bios settings and I have absolutely no idea what the old password is. I’m sure it would make a great video for you guys too. This is a great video on dismantle the m6600; very helpful. Thanks in advance.
+Andrew Andrews Unfortunately this machine doesn't have a BIOs or NVRAM chip to be removed or reset. Also unfortunately, we haven't found a hack or way around the BIOs password besides replacing the motherboard.
Hi! Thank you for the video. One question: if the series of my motherboard is the 04YY4M, is it possible to change it to the 0NVY5D? Will it work with it?
