Once I heard these at Best Buy on display I knew I had to have them so I pre-ordered them. Yesterday both Sonos colored headphones arrived to my home. All I can say is great in every area! 😍
You should probably mention that swapping sound between a soundbar and the headphones is currently limited to just the Arc, despite you showing several others in the video. Also, you can't enable the swap feature at all if you're using an Android device, because it only works on iOS right now. I've seen no mention of this last part anywhere prior to buying the Ace, so I didn't find out about it until they arrived and I noticed that it wasn't possible to activate swapping on my Pixel 7 Pro. Thankfully, I also have an iPad which could solve the problem, but I imagine that a lot of people could get angry and disappointed if you're not more open about these things.
@@otisparris2006 They've mentioned the swapping being limited to Arc for now, but none of the reviews I've seen or articles I've read said anything about the fact that you can only activate it with an iOS device. One reviewer mentioned that he couldn't get the swapping to work, which I imagine means that he's using an Android phone and didn't know that the activation option is currently unavailable in the Android app. It would've been one thing if it was grayed out with a "coming soon" message, but I can understand if people get confused when it's just missing without any indication that something should be there.
@@4ETN I concur. Having said that it seems that a lot of American companies favour their own market any other. Sonos have missed a trick here by not being global. Apple isn’t the only show in town. But I do love the swapping. Sometimes I have take the headphones off because I can’t believe that the is coming from them. Great in the evening.
Picked mine up yesterday the Arc swapping is amazing. Dolby Atmos the sound that comes to you is so immersive. I had to check to see if was really coming from the headphones.
A Sonos product that doesn’t integrate with the Sonos ecosystem…. They’re just usual Bluetooth headphones. I’m a heavy Sonos user but will be sticking to the AirPod Max which seamlessly integrates with my ecosystem…. Phone calls, music, movies, auto switching between devices
@@shezaherrero Well, I happen to agree with Phatty. I get it, Sonos won't respond to his comment, but if enough folks complain, they may fix the bugs and poor design more quickly. I mean, I can't even delete stations that just appear on my list. Sheesh.
Dear Sonos I was so looking forward to demo this headphone. So I headed over to BestBuy at Downtown Toronto, Canada... Found it.... tested it. Sonos usual demo sets and software usually works but not this time.... The Ace buttons didn't work on the headset itself or own the demo software display to toggle between Aware mode and ANC. Sure it sounded nice but the demo experience was sadly....very bad.
I bought these headphones and I returned them about three hours later they suck. They are absolutely garbage. They are twice overpriced and they know it. We know it. I still went in because I have a full house of Sonos stuff and I thought that this might be the perfect compliment. It turned out to be stupid nightmare. The range on these suck. I walk in the next room. It cuts …..out stop it. You guys know that you didn’t improve the technology. Your apps still sucks and everything about you really does still suck.
lets cut through the marketing copy and talk about the fact bluetooth is unreliable, Aware mode over amplifies the environment. For the price, there are other better options

I think they have been. They’ve been plenty of reviews which covered everything you’ve mentioned. Sonos have been clear about the swapping.

These are easily my favourite headphones, having used Sony MX5, Momentums and Airpods Max. Every box 'ticked' thank you Sonos.

Can I pair the Sonos Ace with my Sonos Beams 2 ?
The Sonos Ace only works with Bluetooth or with WiFi too ?
Just bluetooth and for now, only works with Arc. An update will help to connect Ace with Beam 2.

Can we not lie ? Range isn't bad . Audio is about equal to apple or sonys. And ANC and transparency is about apple level
