    Thanks for the video. I wonder how you can get the metaballs to deform in shape much like you can do this on non metaball objects as that would look more realistic than the rather spherical rounded metballs in your video

      Work with the "simple deform" modefier for the individual metaballs. Good luck and nerves. That's an extra amount of work haha XD

    For some reason I can't move the "light area" away from the ball. Just make it bigger or smaller and rotate, but don't zoom out. Any suggestions on how to proceed? Thanks for the tutorial!

      You can click on the lamp and move it with the move tool. (Object Mode) You may have set a keyframe that always resets the position of the lamp. - Changing the position is possible in Blender!

    HI, when I render the image the shapes turn to something strange and low poly how can I fix that? Thanks

      I solved this problem. You should check if the resolution value and the render value in the metaball properties are the same.
