    In many cases, in jiu-jitsu, there are injuries to the knee, hip, and lower back. Pain and injuries can lead to problems along the kinetic chain and one injury can lead to multiple dysfunctions. In this video, we show you how to gain glute activation with eccentric loading of the glutes. Doing this exercise will help the lower back and the hip. In addition, it provides a rotational exercise that helps with balance, posture, and strengthening of the knee.
    In this case, if you have had difficulty shooting or doing a penetration shot due to knee pain, you can help to use this exercise to strengthen your way into completing a wrestling shot.
