Not sure if I'm glad to see that you are one of us, Doc (a patient with injured disc)! Hope for a speedy recovery. The truth is that now you know exactly how it feels to be in that position, regardless your profession, your expertise etc. In the end, you seemed a little dissatisfied with the cervical traction, or is it it just my impression?

Fortunately, I am fully recovered and feel 100%. This video was shot about 10 months ago but like anyone, it took a lot of rehab to get me back! I wouldn't say dissatisfied. The traction is really valuable for some people and for me, it was an intense feeling that I am not used to. Hope that answers some info! Thanks for watching!

Thanks for the prompt answer, Doc. Happy to hear that you are back 100%. I have had two herniated lumbar discs (L4-L5, L5-S1) for two years now, but with the necessary PT, rehab and exercise, I think I'm doing well. Would you recommend traction for herniated discs in the neck also?
