Great tips! I think one got practice is to talk to yourself in front of a mirror and record then review. Its awkward and weird at first but it helped me gain confidence.
I had a thought. Maybe it's easier talking to the camera lens than the small camera lens dot on a cell phone. The lens on a camera is larger and more interesting. It's also not surrounded by the idea of app icons floating around to get the creator distracted doing something else instead of making the video.
