Hey! I love your videos. But you really are not supposed to wash Apple Watch like this. Soap and detergent erode the rubber seals which protect the internals of the watch. You should only use plain water or isopropyl alcohol and a clean cloth. Keep up the great videos, but I recommend maybe removing this one to help other people protect their watches 😀

The technique he showed here definitely works and cleaning off all the crud but the issue is that the soaps break down the rubber seals that make the watch water resistant. You definitely do not want to make a habit of getting soap on your watch because eventually water will get past the gaskets and into the internals of the watch which is no bueno. Same applies to exposure to chlorinated water. Always rinse with lukewarm water after a pool swim to remove any chlorine. One time isnt going to kill your watch. If you n have any doubts Apple has the cleaning procedure on the website. Stay safe and healthy and hope you get a long life out of your Apple Watch!

Or you can use a microfibre cloth and some isopropyl alcohol spray, some on the screen into the speakers around the crown, and on the back sensor, and gently wipe the watch and use like a toothbrush or a special cleaning tool to get into the speaker holes to pull out any dirt
Bruh, DO NOT USE DISH SOUP. It has compounds that may effect the coatings, color finishes and the water tight seals in the Watch itself. I would personally just use water or water with a little bit of chlorine (kinda like pool water) as that is mainly the condition that almost all Apple Watches are faced with when it comes to swimming or by simply being submerged. Edit: or better yet, just use a damp towel of isopropyl alcohol!

I squeezed a quick stream around the crown and then rotated and pressed the button a few times followed by rinse with warm water and she was working again. However, idk if alcohol is actually safe to use.
That can actually destroy the seals of your Apple Watch. The only part of the Apple Watch that actually gets dirty is the back of the watch, because lotion, sunscreen, sweat, and dead skin cells accumulate on that over time. It’s disgusting, I know, but I just clean it with a baby wipe.
