First again HAHAHHAHHAHAHHA
Thankbyou
Thanks
no thank you!
Just like to say thanks for the information That you give out as I have just started to build up my creative business and your work is well appreciated.
Thanks Bro i appreciate all the info you give... Knowledge!
Thank you for a straight forward video with no long ass intro ❤️
Thank you for this. I have messed with graphics over the years but kinda just learned by doing.
I am helping my boss get tshirts made for the small business he recently started. The last place he used took advantage of his lack of knowledge (he sent them a MS Word file). I told him I would take care of it this time and stayed up all night learning Inkscape basics. I now have some nice SVG files that I can scale to any size I want and convert to whatever the new place asks for and all the fonts we are using are legal for commercial use.
Now I am obsessed with scalable graphics and think I found a new hobby. It applies to icons, buttons, UI's, etc... too. I think it is time for jpg to go away. Vector files (for anything but photographs or paintings basically) are tiny and scalable and PNG's compress losslessly without being much larger than a damn jpeg for everything else.
I subbed btw. I always appreciate useful channels that don't beg you to slap all the buttons before you even see what their content is.
Great points once again
glad I found this answered my question. .thanks! 😆
Thanks for uploading this video
Thanks bro. Great video
man, super helpful! thank you. I got a logo designed. I got all these files, and had no idea what to do with them or how to turn them into shirts.
Very helpful! I sent this video to my 24 year old son whom knows more about this and can help me with my custom t-shirts. I just come up with the designs. Thanks, Peace!
Mad video and advice bro 👍👍👍
Hi really love your work here. Could you please elaborate on how to get the best colors out of DTG printed shirts? Thanks in advance!
Good video ThanQ
Thank you so much dude, this was so helpful and to the point. I recently started freelancing and didn't have much knowledge about what the files different printers would need
No problem. I’ll be back shortly with some new tips.
Did you get the mock-up packs?
Thank you!
been looking for a video like this for sooooooo long
THIS is REAL advice. On god this was
I just started designing for a while now but I still have so much to learn about files and formats of my designs, I have a design for a tshirt and it has a transparent background, I wanted to save it as png but from what I know is that it's better for a design to be saved as cymk, but png couldn't save a cymk type of file, I really hope for a solution to this, I'm still in high school and I'm learning about these stuff alone so I really need some suggestions, thanks
Thank you.
great video!
Do you do graphic Tees? What do you think about jiff?
Thanks
Bro I’m tryna print a vertical text design on a t shirt I need it on transparency(all black text) I want the edge to be crispy how should I vectorize it so it stays crispy on the transparency as well.
thanks dude. but why dont you remove the nailon on the night lamp ? :D
*i think TIFF is the best of all*
Is there a site where I can place an order to get all of this done.
Do these same rules apply for images to be used to print on athletic shorts?
Hey, im hoping someone can answer the following questions for me:
1) what size should my files be, according to inch or pixel?(whichever is best for quality) and how will i know if the picture will come out well on a t shirt?
2) will i have to give out my logo for the clothing tag? Will the shirts come in with my own brand tag or the manufacturer? Would i have to send out my tshirts to an additional cut and sew location? I could really use a guiding hand rn
I did mine at 600 pixel
Thank you! Just Bell you
How do I export as EPS?
Thank you soo much for this, you're awesome! I have a question, is there a particular file that I can send to a client for them to edit/customize the image themselves? For instance, if I create flyer for a customer in Adobe Photoshop and send it to them, but they want to to change the text on the flyer? Is this possible or would they need access to the Photoshop program? Thanks
You can always send them an editable PDF or the photoshop document. Just be specific with the layers and it’s folders if you send the photoshop files.
Is having a PNF file enough for a print on demand shop? I created my own designs they came out in jpg and then I converted them to png (1024 X 1024)
Great information. I'm starting my Etsy business and need to know if I should offer PNG, SVG, and PDF of each image? If I only offer a PNG, can the customer use this to print on t-shirts, mugs, etc? TIA
so vector is the best?
So, excluding a JPEG file, when working with a designer are we to obtain all 3 of the other files that you mentioned?
Yes. All designers should give you these files. Source files is a maybe. Some designers are personal with that.
SAY BRO I HAD SOMEONE DO MY LOGO I HAVE EPS, BUT IT IS NOT TRANSPARENT... i have adobe illustrator, how can i make it transparent without, messing up original file?
Hmm ok, yea right on. (see, I don’t have any idea what the difference is between files.) Now listening to this… it’s almost like I can see it… Nice. 🏁😎🤙 (and yea I’m sure I hit the bell)
mate. people with epilepsy can get attacks with your vid. lol
What exactly is the purpose for getting all these files and which 1 do u use to print to a shirt or whatever
You can just ask the person who is printing out your design which file they prefer. Basically the differances of the different files are the sizes and the fact that some you can edit. It is good to have designs in vector formats becease you can easily enlarge them. This allows you to use a design on a business card and be able to also put it on a big billboard without the printing coming out very pixelated and low quality.
I print anime t-shirts for myself using aliexpress and they always ask for a png file 😣 i tried giving them a pdf bc it has the best quality they said they needed a png and no matter how much resolution i did x300 dpi this time it always comes slightly blurry even tho the png is super clear and in hd quality
How can i acquire your services?
I need you for a some logos please get back with me.
My supplier only accepts PNG, but whats the deal with RGB/CMYK?
RGB is for generating color on the web and CMYK in for printing with physical ink. Sometimes converting an RGB color space file to CMYK can create color issues like printing a dark grey instead of the black that you intended.
So do you do graphic works for t-shirts also? ... on fiver or something?
Not on fiver. You can email me.
I want to do PDF but there is so many ways to export a PDF, no clue which way to properly export a PDF without losing any quality... other than no compression, which gave me a 144MB file size. And my printer has a max file size of 25mb....
👍🏾👍🏾
when you say, a PNG file should have 3 different sizes, what sizes are you talking about? My standard resolution is 4000px (300 DPI)
DomDom normally when you export you can change the export options to x1 x2 and x3. They give you the same resolution just larger. This beats the complications one would have with “this file is too large” or “this file is too small”. You should be ok though.
thx
I hope that you can help me....I went on fiverr....hired a designer for my tshirts..they look good, I downloaded them on PNG...I went to my files to download some of them, and went I went to add the artwork to my tees the entire shirt was on the t shirt...like looking at a t-shirt on a t-shirt...could you possibly help this non artist get my business off and running please. It's so frustrating not having expertise in using fiverr and downloading and using what I've paid for.
Oh my they might of just given you the mockup. Next time make sure they deliver multiple files or an editable vector file to avoid so.
Anybody, I can't find an answer to this...Do the designs of my artwork also have to be transparent, or just the white paper background of the picture? You would only want a transparent logo for UA-cam right? I'm confused here with this?...SBN RESONATE
You forget about cmyk stuff.. :/
All of my other vids has mentioned it. 🤷🏻♂️
