every year or so I come back to this video and it induces a heavy slug christ phase that last about a week. some of his work was really creative shit that was got extremely overlooked. slug really was the black sheep of his era, but also one of the innovators of the sound.

A few weeks ago, I did an uncharacteristically stupid thing.
It was a long story, but I ended up in a car crash that wasn't my fault.
I woke up with a concussion, a dislocated shoulder, and some pretty serious damage to my knee.
The only thing that hurt worse than my knee was my right calf.
And my right foot.
And my right forearm.
I was eventually able to take a shower, but I still couldn't put weight on my left leg.
I hobbled my way to the front door and slowly made my asshole stink again!

So I guess people just gave him the credit instead of him actually starting it but Peep was more than just emo rap, there is alternative rock and pop punk into his genres he did too.
