You must update your Pocket to Pocket OS 2.0 to utilize integer scaling for cores.
This Tutorial will teach you to make an optimal profile for the Genesis/MD, NES, PCEngine CD, and Super NES cores. You do not have to do this every time you play Analogue Pocket as profiles are built into the stock SD Card for the RT4K.
Warning: If you want to use Pocket filters, do not follow this tutorial, you will not get good results.
