Pocket 2 Best Cinematic Settings: - ISO 100 - Shutter Speed 150 - ND 16 or 32 filter if fixed aperture. Noted!!! Thank you for the very useful content!😊
Seriously, what are we going to do without you? Thanks a lot for the info, I badly needed it. Can’t wait to try these settings on my Pocket 2 and will be getting those filters.
I subscribed. Great job, and thank you very much!. I wanted to ask you. I Use official DJI nd filters, usally 16 or 32. d-cine 4K 24p , shutter speed 50, and iso 100. What about white balance? 4300 or 5600, or in auto, or what you suggest?
Thank you so much! - What's better DJI or Freewell Nd filters? - Do the filters benefit indoor filming and at night? If you could kindly clarify it with the best settings in such cases. - lastly, Do you u need a stabilizer with DJI pocket2? cause I see when I film it still needs to be more stabilizing. Thanks in advance!
- both filters perform at a very similar level. - no filters at night. filters are essentially used at day light when very bright, so if you can stick to shutter speed double the frame rate (like 1/50" and 25fps for example) you'll have to put up ISO in low light conditions, filters would even make you use higher iso - no need of stabilizer with dji pocket, it "is" already a stabilizer. if it's still too wobby, walk slower :)
Hi and thank you for your helpful video 👍 May I ask you something.... I make only virtual walking videos and I noticed, that sometimes some areas are too dark. My settings are: ISO 100 SS 100 48 frames Normal color White Balance 6000 ND-PL 8/16 So,my question is,what is your opinion about using Auto Shutter Speed ? Thank you!
THANK YOU!!! I just got my Pocket 2.. am an amateur... BIG TIME.. trying to learn videography quickly and painlessly.. THIS video helped!! What are your thoughts on a CPL vs UV vs ND filter? (Remember, I'm an amateur.. just looking to take pretty videos while traveling.) Thanks again!
thank you soo much... this is what i needed.!! Do you know how to change settings : when i record longer then 6min 48s it starts making new video clip. I have pocket 2 and cant find how to change this setting. Thanks
what about d-cinelike shooting and anamorphic + ND16 filters on? does it make any sense or its just better to opt for just d-cinelike profile without filters on?
Rather than carry a box of different filters, I use just one with variable density. You set the iso, and the shutter speed, then rotate the filter until the EV value is shown as zero (or the exposure simply looks correct on the screen). To allow for variations in light on the shot you can set the iso to 'auto' but set a maximum of (say) 800 in the settings.
Do you get the dreaded X - the benefit of non-variable is that you only need to use one in 90% of the cases and there is no X which is a problem with variable filters - from my experience I tend also tend to use variable in one position so I am now leaning towards purchasing a box of 4 filters
Hi, i noticed theres a 1-5 star rating in the option, do you have a list where the Star Quality belongs to a certain video settings? Maybe thats the reason why i cant take a good 4k60 video because its only 1star. Thank you
Normally if I shoot 24fps with shutter speed 50, so when I change 60fps for a certain scene, then I always change the shutter speed as well to 120? And when back to 24fps then back to shutter speed 50.
What about indoor like fitting room if i want to film myself inside the clothe shop for instance h&m and zara? What kind of setting should i put? Again, what about studio lighting - ua-cam.com/video/9Alg29Zn3Fk/v-deo.html for example like this

great and helpful video, but what kind of filters are you using? or it doesn't matter? because I think some of them have poor quality.
Good information. Thank you!
You shot some things at 3200 iso.. and It still came out great... Epic

Hello, i am new in these world of Pocket 2 why the people prefer 4k 25 o 30fps not 60fps?
Good advice, thanks, have a fun happy ,safe Xmas , regards.

@@BarryMaskell You be the judge! See ua-cam.com/video/lSoL3cZ0-GE/v-deo.html which was done with the variable filter attached.
How do u record in low light without having grain?

By cinematic do you mean slow motion? I use DJI Pocket 2 but not sure about the best setting for my virtual walk videos :(

Is 1080p 60 not good enough? Thanks for your help 🙏🏻 I’m still learning
good enough for what :)
In auto video
I love it when you call me dear!
Good to know.. thanks 😊
What brand you guys recon ? For pocket 2 ND filters ?
Official DJI's will do the job for sure, if they are too expensive, maybe freewell or polar pro :)
Freewell are a fantastic filter. I use them.
Can you please provide a link to the filter pack? Thanks
I bought pocket 2 they gave me ND Filters but it is not compatible 😭
very useful video! Nice
thx moit
Can I buy any branded nd filters on amazon?
How to reduce sharpness?
I didn't like this video, I loved it. The penny has finally dropped I get it. Thanks.
Nice video! :)
Which filters are you using?
most of tutorials just suggest to buy nd filters
You can’t get the best out of any camera without them ::
Yu spent half video talking about buying thinga than telling us about settings that we have to deal with

A lot is down to the editing not the settings. If you can’t edit, it will still look like shit…
