- The Ford Maverick practically jump-started a new class of pickup trucks when it was introduced as an all-new vehicle in 2022. While the truck is still practically new, rumors indicate that the Maverick could be getting a refresh in 2024, though we’re not sure if that’s for the 2024 or 2025 model.
A possible refresh could see the 2024 Maverick receive an updated exterior design. The current truck blends some crossover elements with a traditional truck square bed to have a unique look. The Maverick’s front end has C-shaped lights with a square grille that has a trim piece that splits the headlights. The rest of the truck’s front end has rounded edges and tidy lines for a simple look. The rear end of the Maverick is truck-like with a small boxy bed, square taillights, and a modest rear bumper. A refresh could see the Maverick get updated lights, a new grille, and a multi-function tailgate.

There is no such thing as a 2024 Maverick yet. The current Maverick is 2023. The 24 order banks probably will open up in late summer or fall.
My 2024 maverick hybrid is waiting for me at the dealership, I'm picking it up on Wednesday
