Ok. let's be honest...my handwriting is so awful and hard to read that it could easily be used by NSA as a new and highly innovative encryption method. Probably even better than quantum encryption.
The skills that I presented in this video show only half of what I'm actually capable of.
Straight lines... yes I can write with straight lines. When I was a student, I tended to be an outsider. Most of the time alone, an introvert hidden in the shade of his own thoughts. Everyone seemed to look at me with confusion because I was always clutching my notebooks really hard to my chest, and looking around with fear in my eyes. One day a nice girl who must have thought that I can't be as weird as everybody thinks approched me, and asked to borrow some of my notes. Without saying a word I gave her one of my notebooks enthusiastically. Unfortunately it was the one with straight lines...
Well... to put it mildly, borrowing the notebook with straight lines in it didn't help me to socialise with the rest of the students. Next morning everyone was afraid of me.
In a fit of pique I developed a new writing technique which involved vigorous blowing on a piece of paper. Next day I was expelled from university.

It should be noted that this video was made with the intention of creating a nice relaxing feeling called ASMR. It's not that kind of video where someone wants to present calligraphy skills etc. I have no idea how to write in calligraphy, and actually I barely use a fountain pen.The most important thing here was to create a video in which the quality of sound is decent enough to trigger ASMR sensation.

I guess I never realized how blessed I’ve been to have access to modern day pens. God that would be so frustrating to have to dip it every 5 seconds.
I prefer a fancy pen.. than a modern one.
Actually, it's more frustrating to make sure the pen isn't dipped too much or too little. Having it too much will make a small explosion of ink happen with even a slight tap. Too little will make the pen barely write. Personally, I've never written Calligraphy on Parchment, or even a quality sketchbook. So, whenever I write with too little ink; It scratches the paper and Ruins the heading.

And only 3 years ago, I was getting introduced to it when I saw a couple of Gibi's old videos and noticed they were all called "ASMR" so I searched for this specific video and that's when I made that comment, because not only did I find a comfort zone but something that would help me keep my sanity for the next 3 years.
