In high school, I had a class where we worked on an incredible project involving local elderly veterans. We recorded their stories, transcribed them into digital format, and created a website dedicated to honoring veterans from our hometown or county-I can’t quite remember which. This was almost ten years ago, but as a class project, it was an amazing opportunity to take on so many different roles. Some students focused on learning how to build the website, while others really enjoyed connecting and communicating with the veterans. There wasn’t a business aspect to it, but the opportunities it created for us as students were incredible. The veterans loved sharing their stories, and the community appreciated the project as a unique way to preserve memories that might otherwise have been lost to time.
Imagine being able to have your family members help create ai versions of themselves, with their thoughts, opinions, ways of reasoning, talking and writing. Then part of your family could always be with you. I wonder if that's the future of humanity..
Wow as a PCT with 20 yrs of experience. I love this idea. Transitioning to death is part of life. So why not be that person to capture this transitioning process? It's just simply amazing thank you for sharing your content.
This episode reminded me of a movie “things to do in Denver when your dead”. Andy Garcia was recording people who were dying last words and selling the videos to their children.
A prompt with an ai asking questions an in an interview style so senior citizens feel more comfortable talking… might not even realize they are being recorded.

Recording your parents/grandparents’ history in a chat box is such a good idea.

Can you share the link to the continuous blood sugar level monitor?
“In some countries” 😂😂
Thinking out loud: the prompt could be an ai image/recording of their grandkid(s) asking the questions.
