Was in a nice meditation before falling asleep and I just want to say wow… I wake up with anxiety every single day and this morning I woke up feeling so light and I didn’t have that pit in my stomach like I usually do. Thank you, thank you, thank you ❤
Awesome, Marissa. So glad it helped in that way... continuing to do these sleep meditations regularly will likely continue to have that effect. I also recommend using the Letting Go Technique track for times when you feel that pit in your stomach, it will likely help a lot with that too. Have a great week! :)
Wonderful to hear, Mia! I have an Insomnia sleep track that is an hour, if you want to check that out. Thanks for your comment -- have a great week! :)
Nice Courtney! Consider checking out the rest of my sleep playlist if this worked for you, sleep meditations can work wonders for sleep ease / depth if done regularly! :)
There's something about your videos, I don't know... But it feels so real and hits all the right places When you said the affirmation (everything I'm hanging on I will release) I cried heavily man. Thank you for what you're doing
Why did I start crying at the sternum Chakra? I was focused on the meditation and immediately when we moved to that part of the body I started to cry for seemingly no reason
Hi Kody! Probably some blocked energy at that area that needed to be released and when you placed your attention there it surged through. Hope you're doing well!
@TheMentalLevel that makes sense! As I was crying, it felt like I was letting go of something that has been bothering me for the past 2 years. It felt like I was losing or releasing an old friend/relationship that no longer serves me. Does any of this make sense?
@@kodyfine8956It makes total sense. Often it happens that way. If it feels safe, continue to create space for that energy to flow through and just be aware of the letting go process, and open to whatever you might want to positively invite into that space you're creating. Best of luck :)
