    how do you get the physical spot, physical sun option? is it an add on?

    • @Marie-fz3lx
      @Marie-fz3lx 7 місяців тому

      no no, you just go to your lamp/light and select sun instead of lamp :)

    How did you get Physical sun in blender? Thank you.

      @AlternaVisionStudio  5 місяців тому

      An addon called Photographer, but it works exactly the same like the normal sun only makes certain features easier to work with.

      I have a AMD Ryzen 9 5900X + 2080 and 64GB RAM, and mine is no where near fast as yours when it comes to using Geo-scatter plugin and manipulating scattered assets. Would you have a clue why this might be the case? Thank you

    • @AlternaVisionStudio
      @AlternaVisionStudio  7 місяців тому +3

      Make sure that you are on 3.6 and upwards, blender got a lot faster since then. Also try to always optimize the scatters in geo scatter, always have display as enabled, if you don't need animations keep camera optimization on. also disabling overlays makes the viewport very fast.@@felixkim1714

      @AlternaVisionStudio  7 місяців тому

      Thank you : D. Yeah a mic is definitely important, i think the audio is bad because i forgot to check wither the output is mono or stereo, next time i'll make sure to do so XD

      You could in multiple ways, i would do it the following way : animate a bunch of metaballs to go from single sphere shape to later on be the ring like in that video, and do a displacement modifier that also animated, alternatively you could do it with the a sphere, do an animation to multiply these spheres using an array that radial and try adding a remesh modifier with some displacement.
