Thank you for the Mage Knight videos. I learned everything I needed about combat here, and I enjoyed watching your play through as well. I’m a brand new player and just finished my first time through yesterday. I didn’t manage to assault any cities, but I did reveal every tile and managed 69 points on my first solo campaign. Your videos helped my progress and how to play correctly! Thank you!
ב"ה Just one thing. When you get knocked out the combat actually does't end immediately, you just have to discard all non-wound card from your hand. You may still attack with skills and units. There are also skills that allow you to discard or throw away wound and draw cards instead, and these cards can be used as well (if I remember correctly tovak has a skill that let him discard a wound and draw a card and crang has a skiil that let him pay a mana to throw away a wound and if it is red mana then draw a card as well). Though units ans attack skills are probably the more common way of attacking after being knocked out.
Aw drat, you're right. Never been knocked out, but had a vivid "memory" of it ending your turn so I didn't even look it up. Same with paralysis. I'll rectify this in the damage vid, which will cover both these in more detail. Thanks!
It's not determined by spillover. It's how many cups would be needed to hold all the damage. 1 cup isn't enough, because there is spillover, so a second cup is needed. (But not a third) So 2 damage (dmg = # cups).

Enjoyed your video 👍. Looking forward too the next video........ Mage Knight help for me is always welcome
Thanks so much, Geoff. I have the next couple planned out, so hopefully soon!
Sorry dont quite get the cup example but that for sure is me. If I am attacked by 3 and the cup can take 2 isn't the spill over 1 why 2 damage?
