Great video again, Clara. Loved the pie ideas, too. I'm so glad I found your channel and the review of the Cosori. We are now airfrier converts and wouldn't be with it.
A tip for getting easy orange zest that I got from Nancy Birtwhistle. When you eat an orange or clementine, put the skin on your log burner or radiator and let it dry. Then pop it in a small blender or food processor and blitz it. It keeps for ages in a jar in the fridge.

Hi Clara, Trying to decide between Casori twinfry 10 L ( £209.00 ) & Instant vortex plus versazone 8.5L clearcook (£219.99) as want the option of 1 large draw or splitting in 2. Obviously want the best quality & cooking results, which would you choose ?? Best wishes Mark.
I haven’t used the Instant Vortex so this isn’t a perfect t answer, but I’m impressed by the TwinFry and rate Cosori’sbuild quality. It’s on offer at the moment for less than £200 (don’t forget to tick the £15 off voucher box!!) amzn.to/4fj1cJd
This isn't an air fryer recipe, but it's my favourite way of using up surplus mushrooms: Heat some cream sherry (cheap & cheerful works fine) in a frying pan, add a nog of butter and a splash of soy sauce, and chuck in your chopped mushrooms. By the time the mushrooms are cooked the sauce will have thickened, so tip the whole lot onto some dry toast drizzled with tomato ketchup and top with a nice runny fried egg.
Hello ive been watching your videos as research for getting an air fryer, im now the proud owner of a ninja af300!! I would love to know if those enamel dishes would fit in it ?
Well - YUM Clara! These look like the sort of comfort food I'd cook too. I'm going to give my new air fryer a work out this weekend. Which air fryer do I have? Well the Lakeland Duel Air Basket one you reviewed on this channel a few weeks ago - ua-cam.com/video/uZXyDR3dWOY/v-deo.html Happy Cooking!
Would love to see more of these videos for inspiration. Love your reviews too!
Thank you that’s really useful feedback

😁
Those were not chicken pies they were chicken stew with a pastry cover, pies are the contents encased in pastry both in the base and on the top.
Bet you’re fun at parties 😆
@@CandidClara Got 3 thumbs up
@@CandidClara We don't have many cookery parties were I go.
Actually traditional pies are encased top and bottom. A pot pie can just have the top crust and still be considered a pie.
