I like the analogue pocket look. Thanks for the video.

So far so good. For 2D pixel stuff it’s perfect. PS1 looks great too

I’m running MinUI on mine until I get my hands on CrossMix. The StockUI has much more features like wireless, led, and rumble, but like you said this is a 2D machine so I’m revisiting Genesis and GBA so MinUI is fine for a bare bones no fuss system. It won’t use half the features of the device, but MinUI is what I’m using until Crossmix comes.

Can you make some lightweight crt shaders for these handhelds

I'd love to but the issue is, they're so underpowered and the screen resolution tends to be too low for anything decent. I'll try and experiment but I'm not hopeful

@RetroCrisis You can at least do a little bit with 240p content on this screen. The 480p you usually see on these devices is only good for basic scanlines or LCD overlays, but at this resolution you can achieve some light CRT effects.
It would be nice to see someone try to optimize a preset for this resolution specifically, seeing as Anbernic and others are now embracing this type of screen.

imo the best you can do on small low-res screens is just sharp-shimmerless and color correction for systems it makes sense for (GBA & GBC)

I'd LOVE to get this, but I can't, unfortunately.
    1. Because of the recent Canada Post strike...
    2. Because of the expensive price...
    Womp womp... 😔

@@RetroCrisis We are all waiting for the latest CrossMix OS version for the Trimui Smart Pro (this should finally be ready in the next few days)
After that cizia64 will take care of the 1st CrossMix OS version for the Trimui Brick!

@@EliasPfaifferawesome. I’ll definitely look into that. Is Crossmix the OS of choice?

@@RetroCrisis The Trimui Smart Pro is one of the best low budget handhelds of all time. And the reason for this is quite clear: CrossMix OS
      CrossMix OS is simply perfect!
Together with Onion OS (Miyoo Mini Plus) it is one of the best CFW's ever!

At 9:34 you say there is not enough screen resolution. Is that a mistake? I thought the screen was pretty high resolution
