The first path towards moving on and getting an ex back follows the same route and here's how to tell you're doing it correctly: ua-cam.com/video/f7zuXk-sVsI/v-deo.html Anyways it's always best to take your time in deciding first so there'll be no regrets in the end. As I always say, the decision is ultimately up to you. You know your situation and your ex best. Sometimes a relationship can be salvaged and worth the save but sometimes it isn't, especially if there's cheating or some other type of abuse involved. It's your life and it's your decision.
Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to move on, I really loved her so much i can’t stop thinking about her and the memories we shared. I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail. I’m frustrated, and i don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts, but i can’t. I don’t know why I’m saying this here, but i really miss her and i wish i could get her back.
I have been in such a situation. My relationship ended about three years ago, but i could not let her go. So i had to do all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual adviser who helped me bring her back. We are back together, and i must say i am enjoying every moment.
If it's only been a month and you still want to try with your ex, then you can reach out to your ex after the 30-day "no contact" period is over. In doing so, it's best to treat the situation with fresh eyes, so it's crucial to keep things fun and light and gently coax your ex into responding the same way. Here are the basics on what to do when it comes down to it. I also suggest you watch from start to the end and NOT skip any parts so you can maximize these tips: ua-cam.com/video/7PcfGeJqUYo/v-deo.html including asking yourself these very important questions to ask yourself before starting the process: ua-cam.com/video/t6I5k55pnCE/v-deo.html but if you need the step-by-step process on what to do, including what to text or say during the process, either hire me as your coach, refer to my other vids or get the 2.0 version of my Ex Factor Guide at www.breakupbrad.com
This was after the no contact rule? That's a good start! Don't expect things or for your ex to get back to how she normally treats you right away. At the very least, your ex is keeping the lines of communication open which is a perfect opportunity for you to transition into phase two and there should be a balance. Since you've already completed the full 30-day "no contact" rule, and assuming you've done the "no contact" rule properly, then the texting tips here will be a good starter: ua-cam.com/video/XonMtLFo000/v-deo.html This means you take time focusing on the second phase and eventually the third phase when the time is right. This won’t happen overnight, of course, but it’s something you ought to continue to work on to the point where you’re gradually building attraction again. This is what my guide is for. Have you checked it out yet? It's too complicated to explain everything on here, but here's an overview of these phases and what to expect in each one: ua-cam.com/video/ddnp-83TzMk/v-deo.html Good luck!
@breakupbradbrowning Thank You very much for such a comprehensive answer! You gave me hope that all of Your advices are working! I will check out that materials wright away and continue to work on that!!
Hey Brad, what does it mean if my ex has not closed the line of communication? Thru messenger and whatsapp. When we broke up,my ex told me dont worry i wont block you. And also there is one time when she messaged me that someone will pick up her stuff, but then she said, keep it for the meantime because they wont be able to get it. But also she told me at the initial of the break up that we will not be getting back together, because all of her past relationship, she did not get back with her exes. Is there still possibility? Eventhough she never get back to her past exes.
Well in every rule, there's always an exemption. Try to put focus or review your relationship. Clear your head first and try not to be driven too much by emotion and ask yourself: is there something worth saving/going back to or was it just purely toxic? If you're asking about your chances, I really wish I could give you a direct yes or no. However, as it is, each situation is unique and things aren't often black and white, I suggest you take the free quiz as it hits on the critical elements that will determine your chances depending on your answers. In other words, my quiz can give you a more accurate answer than I can since as you may have noticed, there are various factors at play here which needs to be looked at as well as your own actions after the breakup. Here's the link: www.breakupbrad.com/quiz or sign up for my coaching program so I could take a closer look at what your situation and guide you accordingly at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching Best of luck!
@@breakupbradbrowning thank you so much, I got a little bit of hope about what you said, than "In every rule, there's always an exemption" i hope I can afford your coaching, i guess i need to earn 1st so can book a coaching with you. By the way im from.philippines.. thank you Sir, God Bless🙏
Unless your situation falls under one or more of the scenarios here: ua-cam.com/video/ek_4wpkV66c/v-deo.html AND ua-cam.com/video/W7iC-gHmZ2A/v-deo.html it's best you ignore contact from your ex. If your ex continues to reach out to you during the no contact stage, however, then this really depends on the frequency and nature of the contact from your ex and whether or not you've reached the phase where you're supposed to be talking again. The only exception is if your ex asks for you back and is sincere about it. If your ex continually messages you, then it’s important to put your ex’s messages into context, more so if this happened during the “no contact” phase. Is your ex trying to contact you about something really important, like an emergency, unpaid bills, or something equally urgent? These are reasons to respond, including messages where they get angry due to your lack of response. Discussed that in full detail here: ua-cam.com/video/GTjEAGJWTuA/v-deo.html So if your ex is really just texting some useless random stuff and/or asses their power over you, then you can just ignore and continue on with the 30-day "no contact" rule. Use your discretion. Watch and follow the tips here: ua-cam.com/video/bgOG9s1fac8/v-deo.html

Hey Brad, I’m in a bit of a unique situation here I think. We broke up on the 20th but stayed in touch until six days later. Since then, I've stuck to a 30-day no contact plan, and now I’m on day 11 with no communication. Yesterday, a friend mentioned she’s on Hinge, which was a bit disappointing, but I’m committed to seeing the no contact through since I want her back. The breakup was mutual (no drama) My concern is that after the 30 days, we’ll both be busy with exams, so I’m unsure if that’s the best time to reach out. We’re also flying together in early December, which could be awkward. Do you think I should stick to the plan, and is it worth changing my flight date to avoid any tension? We still follow each other on socials. Would appreciate your advice on whether I’m on track with this.
Stick to the plan. Be sure to work on yourself as well during this time so you're not as torn up about the breakup and already prepping for the upcoming trip. My Ex Factor Guide 2.0 should help you with this journey, at www.breakupbrad.com/mbuy but also check out my other vids that would apply to your situation. Good luck!
Please advise she broke up i did no contact for 55 days worked on myself pretty hard and i tried connecting with her she met me we addressed the mistakes i made i apologised bcoz it was my mistake we met second time we kissed and thn she said she needs time to think about getting back together since thn we are meeting once twice every week and we are chilling and enjoying whenever we meet i dont spam her i wait 2-3 days to contact her but the only problem is i have to initiate contact most of the time she rarely does its been going on since 1-1.5 months what should be my next step to get her back????
Hey man, looks like you appeared way too eager. You ought to give your ex the chance to reach out to you as well. Her pace is slower than yours, so be patient. This video is for you: ua-cam.com/video/juhamVEwsxU/v-deo.html So that was totally the wrong approach which I've talked about that here: ua-cam.com/video/juhamVEwsxU/v-deo.html You ought to review this first: ua-cam.com/video/L0hxYTCJ2hU/v-deo.html and in fact, apply the tips here too instead of taking the shortcut: ua-cam.com/video/1kJ1ybuFIHE/v-deo.html In the future, if you're still not sure about what you're doing, I really suggest you sign up for my coaching program so I can assess your situation properly and guide you accordingly at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching Good luck!
Assuming you're both old enough to date, then other people's influence and outside opinion are all outside your control. It still has to be your ex's choice whether he allows himself to be influenced or not, regardless of who it is that's trying to influence. Just continue to do you and focus on stuff within your control, yeah? Apply the tips here along with the other tips on my vid on what you can do in each phase, especially if you're not getting my guide: ua-cam.com/video/4Qe-4A-CpVY/v-deo.html
@breakupbradbrowning thank you for your personal response. It's an Enmeshed mother and son relationship, a lot of manipulation and obligatory guilt & it all became too overwhelming for him. He can't break up with his mum, but can break up with me despite how understanding I tried to be. You're right though, he is a 52 year old man, and it was still his choice. Thank you for your advice, I'll take a look at that link now.

You can also leave me a brief description of what you're going through. I always respond to comments. Just please keep it concise as I try to answer to as many comments as I can. Good luck!
Don’t do this. I would immediately perceive this as needy and they want me back. This is so typical mind games trying to appear cool but still interested and it’s better to straight up contact them telling them what you want or asking them how they are. I would not respond to someone who initiated the breakup unless it was clear what they wanted and they are taking the risk. This hiding behind fake excuses is so weak and everyone knows you are trying to come off as cool. And I would certainly never under no circumstances be the one to message these lame messages if they initiated the breakup.
The tips are more applicable for dumpees rather than dumpers. But yes, you can go no contact indefinitely. Sometimes a relationship can be salvaged and worth the save but sometimes it isn't, especially if there's cheating or some other type of abuse involved or if it was overall a dysfunctional/toxic relationship where it's just best to forget you even ever met that person. It's your life and it's your decision.
Personally, I believe that it is better not to write to the ex and keep the No Contact forever. If they want to come back, should be the ones....

Yesterday, a friend mentioned she’s on Hinge, which was a bit disappointing, but I’m committed to seeing the no contact through since I want her back. The breakup was mutual (no drama)
My concern is that after the 30 days, we’ll both be busy with exams, so I’m unsure if that’s the best time to reach out.
This video is for you: ua-cam.com/video/juhamVEwsxU/v-deo.html
So that was totally the wrong approach which I've talked about that here: ua-cam.com/video/juhamVEwsxU/v-deo.html You ought to review this first: ua-cam.com/video/L0hxYTCJ2hU/v-deo.html and in fact, apply the tips here too instead of taking the shortcut: ua-cam.com/video/1kJ1ybuFIHE/v-deo.html In the future, if you're still not sure about what you're doing, I really suggest you sign up for my coaching program so I can assess your situation properly and guide you accordingly at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching Good luck!
What if the relationship ended because his mother couodnt handle him having a girlfriend & she kept sabotaging the relationship?
I play the guitar and have been to Japan already . And we are both 60 and retired ...so no work either ...lol

He in relationship he happy
That's your sign to move on and realise it's time for you to be happy as well. Take care!
No
Hi, thanks for dropping by!
Don’t do this. I would immediately perceive this as needy and they want me back. This is so typical mind games trying to appear cool
but still interested and it’s better to straight up contact them telling them what you want or asking them how they are.
Sometimes a relationship can be salvaged and worth the save but sometimes it isn't, especially if there's cheating or some other type of abuse involved or if it was overall a dysfunctional/toxic relationship where it's just best to forget you even ever met that person. It's your life and it's your decision.
