I can't say I enjoyed it at first, it was a stark contrast to the music in the game so far. It also plays in easily one of the best scenes, at the sensory stones. It's actually a shame that her theme didn't play for that.
@@ganjaericcoNah the music in that scene was actually incredibly fitting, it kinda kept you grounded ya know? Instead of transporting you back to your practical incarnation, the music was kept the same. It showed that all the terrible shit your practical incarnation did wasn't REALLY you, ya get me?
There will never be a game with the weight of half of Ps:T. It could've been, but not after 2008. Games will never again be an art form. Unfortunate truth...
@@Grandmaster-Kush Yes, you're right. It's great, but the rest of PS:T OST is kinda meditative and this track is kind of place. It's much more suitable for Arcanum of Steamworks and Magick Obscura than for gloomy multiverse, in my opinion.
TBH I hate this ost. I always turned it off. Especially while inside the room with Sensory Stones. This music just doesn't fit the atmosphere there. How am I supposed to feel anything when this weird music is playing? That was one of the very very few mistakes, the developers made while creating this game. Other than that... A fucking masterpiece.
I disagree with that. Sigil is the weirdest place in the multiverse, you're supposed to find strange creatures and cultures everywhere. The shift in musical style gives to the feshall its own flavor, definitely an intriguing place that i remember long after playing the game.
I mean... I don't mind it playing in the Civic Festhall itself. It's not like it doesn't belong there, I just get tired of it eventually and that's just my personal preference. But there should be another track inside the Sensory Stones Chamber (I don't remember the exact name of that location). One that is more subtle, maybe a little sad, similar to the Nameless One Theme, or something. Because this track really rips my immersion apart. Especially when reading about commiting a genocide, burning in lava, or betraying someone who did nothing but love you.
@@TheHalogen131 I can agree about its use in the sensory Rooms, they definitely should've included something else there. The soundtrack is great overall, but there are parts where I was wondering what parts would've been different if Lustmord worked on them.

Based on Vivaldi's "Concerto for 2 recorders, Strings and Continuo in D minor, Rv 535: II Allegro"

interesting!
True ones already know. It means you did not until you did.
If you rewrote your comment today it'd just be "Based"
There's an even closer version called Vivaldi Concerto for 2 Oboes RV 535.
Ah no sudden attack of bandit...peace for a short time.
A splendid adaptation of Vivaldi's Concerto for 2 Oboes RV 535. I liked to stay in the Civic Festhall just to let this play.
There are tracks out there you appreciate the moment they play. This is one of them.
was dumbstruck the moment I first entered the festhall for this reason

Baroque music with a fantasy feeling
This song always made me feel like I was eating in a Panera
Amazing music. I can listen to this forever
Updated my journal.

This is so.... wizard....
Love this song
Ngl, i love this song. I dont get the hate. Maybe it's due to my love of classical music.
Best game ever 🔥
Recently bought a CD with Rv 535 as a track: /watch?v=Egafu3ycj68
Am I the only person who considers this track the most awful melody in the multiverse?
Its probaly because its so bombastic compared to the rest of the OST, but its a great classical / fantasy hybrid IMO

I hated being in the area just from this music
@@aidar_gilvanov That's intentional. The civic festhall is pompous and pretentious. It's the game poking fun at itself.
I do. I am a huge fan of classical music but not a fan of this era of classical music. It was a horrible mish mash of Renaissance music with baroque.

@@solaris4019 nop bro it kinda gross
My least favorite track from an otherwise good game
the most annoying song in the game
