Upgrading A 2nd Gen Tacoma To Auxito LED Headlights

- Time to show the Tacoma some love so I'm upgrading the lighting to LED. These are brighter, use less power, and give the truck a more modern appearance. Typically, swapping to LED or HID lights in halogen housings isn't recommended but because of the shield on these, the beam pattern is actually pretty good.

This is perfect! I have followed your for content to mod my 4th gen 4runner for years now and my brother just got a second gen tacoma and I bought him LED headlights for christmas! Literally the exact video I needed
the amber auxito H10 bulbs are ultra easy to install just by crawling under your front bumper and they make driving in snow, rain, fog and wet roads WAY better ... and they're too low to bother most other vehicles
Auxito is a great company! I have 9004s in my 95 4runner absolutely love them! Obviously the hig beam indicator won't be worming anymore but I love them!
Have these on my 99 Toyota solara and it is definitely worth buying these led lightbulbs compared to factory halogen bulbs.
Hi I’m up here from the states, Pigeon Lake Camp Resort in Bobcaygeon, Ontario. Just bought a 2010, access cab,, looking to do this when we get back! 👍
the led interior lights its huge!!!!!!!! change im def upgrading thanks for sharing
Thank you for all your videos. They have helped me so much. I m looking to finally upgrade my 04 4runner (reflector) to Led headlight bulbs. On your website you mentioned sticking with LED bulbs that don’t have a fan on them. Would you still recommend this or the Auxito that have a fan. I was looking at either BeamTech fanless ($) or Xenon Depot XTREME LED PRO($$$). Thanks for any input and the wealth of information.
Honestly, these Auxito ones with the fans have been great so far. I'd say they have made me reconsider my opinion of bulbs with fans
Very interesting. I will probably go with the Auxito now that you have given such positive feedback. I won’t be doing a lot of heavy off-roading so they should be just fine. Thanks.

Dang that’s a sweet magnetize chop light? Where did you get it? What kind?
what bulbs did you use in the cab?
My tacoma has that same low grumble, have you looked into a fix?
Kind of seems like a vibration from an engine mount to me
What is your opinion after a year? Any issues with other drivers flashing you? I'm thinking of buying these as a birthday gift for my brother to use on his 07 Tacoma. Thanks for any info.
I haven't had any issues with the Tacoma but I did have to aim the ones on my 4Runner lower
Excellent, thanks! @@CanadianGearhead
are you planning on swapping out your gauge cluster and heater control bulbs with led's?
I need to replace the burnt ones in the climate control but I'll probably just use OEM ones
@@CanadianGearhead it could be a 194 led bulb which would be a lot better. I did it in my 91 pickup. It made the dash so much easier to see on dark nights
Exactly which Auxito LED Headlights did you use in your Tacoma. Model number, and any info in ordering the same bulb?
Should be these ones: www.auxito.com/collections/9003-led-bulb/products/9003-led-bulb-h4-hb2-led-headlight-bulb-12000-lumen?rq=yr_2006~mk_Toyota~md_Tacoma~tm_Standard%20Trims~ml_High%20Beam%20and%20Low%20Beam
Projector housings cause a focus instead of flood. I don’t like focused light. Which is why I don’t like KC lights. It’s all preference.
nice balfa bb7 bro
Good eye!
