Hi, i have a riccar RZ560 and having a trouble on its stitches..the upper stich have loopes n cloth are stuck on d feed dog..how do i fix this?? Is there any way I can get a manual of this sewing machine..Where I can buy a disk cam for different design of Riccar RZ560?? Thanks

I don't have the manual, you can take it to a technician to fix, or you can send me a video so I can check it out...I also have the disc cams

Check the tension. That's if it's too tight, loosen it a little
Check and replace needle
Check your shuttle tension too
