    Very Awesome and helpful video! Good solidwize
    Now how i can get this assembly?

    when I tried to do this it said "the segment intersected does not intersect therefore no tangency relationship will be created" and it won't work, do you know what I'm doing wrong?

    What should we do when redundancies is high in motion analysis

    Hi. Dont you share only the parts? I need those to teach the assembly for my students. Thanks. I am using SW 2014.

    what is the easiest way for wind force on a turbuine simulation? i am a beginner but I should have at least one sim in my work?

    Hi,
    Thanks for the video. I have a question for you. How can I perform an stress/fatigue analysis of the complete assembly of an machine like the one in your video?
    Many thanks,

    how to make every gear move in circle?
    is it have to make an axis for moving.
    i assembled the part but not moving in circle.

    muchas gracias por el trabajo, se agradece que hable pausadamente, y el ingles se entiende, espero alguna vez tutoriales en español.
    se agradece, muy buen trabajo, saludos

    The only thing seems wrong, is that second 45 degree gear and next flat one on the same shaft are turning opposite directions, which is impossible :)

    Would a Standard Lock mate between to rotating prices accomplish the same thing as a 1:1 Gear mate? If so, is there a computational difference between the two that would result in any major difference in rendering between a large assembly using a Standard Lock verses a Mechanical Gear 1:1?

  • @guicapone2

    Will solidworks tell me if there is a backlash present between two gears? If they are present, what does it do?

    • @SolidWize
      @SolidWize  10 років тому

      Not specifically. You'd have to run a motion simulation and analyze the motion yourself.

    Thanks for this video.
    I wonder how to make and animate a limitation on the movement from the cam follower, by lets say a nut on the rod that prevents it from going all the way down to the cam.

    • @SolidWize
      @SolidWize  10 років тому

      You can use a limit distance mate, or a point to surface mate will also terminate on the end of a surface, so it functions in much the same manner.

    Use a gear mate. Fix the "rack" That way only the other gear rotates.

    when i do my mates the gears do not move instantaneously....why is that?

    • @SolidWize
      @SolidWize  10 років тому

      It takes a bit to compute, so if your cpu is a little slower, there will be some lag.

      I realized in the last 8 years, I've cut down on saying that quite a bit. Perhaps it's because I was saying it wrong

    your gears are going the wrong way.... double check it.
