It happens occasionally with statues with small intricate parts. Companies are usually good about offering replacement parts or compensation. Sometimes you have to send back the entire statue. Sometimes they make you destroy the broken parts.

@@SlothLoudAndBangin Yes, I told SS about the issue. They offered a full replacement or a partial credit. I took the credit and repaired it myself to the best of my ability.
