Loved your video and I’m absolutely obsessed with this statue ! (Minus the fact that the light up display is towards the back. I don’t get that.) Definitely think this one bests the Darkside by miles ! I’m having the hardest time finding an all glass display case that would fit her and potentially other Catwoman things I own. Although I have worked in the movie industry for over 40 years, I have never had any desire to purchase figures but I broke down when I saw this released for order. Because of my job I am ruthless when it comes to likenesses and Pfeiffer is incredibly difficult to get right but they have nailed her perfectly in this. Even the little eyelashes are just enough to put Pfeiffer onto touch. The Contrapposto used in the pose of her figure is superb and it captures her as she was about to skip out of Shrek's store before blowing it to smithereens. The only downside for me is the cat, I don't like the sculpt and don't feel it adds any value to the future at all. My first figure and it will be my last.... Thanks for a great review. M
Mine is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, can't wait. It'll be my first Prime 1 and 1/3 scale! Although that shipping cost was a bit of a gut punch, it's worth it.

I did some comparisons between the statue and clips of the movie and not only is it super accurate, I think the statue embodies that idealized mental image we could all have of Catwoman from the movie. Like how you look back at something nostalgic and it's always a bit better than reality? I'd say the costume on the statue looks better than the one from the movie ;D. Definitely a great statue for fans of the movie and the 89 comics continuity, should pair well with that Keaton Batman you plan to get too. Also pairs well with that Catwoman Cowl, if you ever move her off the podium you can try and place them together? I think this one might be one of your long-term or permanent additions to the Batcave, at least for Movie-Related pieces. I don't think another Michelle Pfeiffer from Prime 1 is going to outshine this one for many, many years. (Hopefully it's a long time before they make another one, definitely want to see other characters. Like Dark Knight Two-Face or a comic-accurate Robin/Batgirl/Red Hood/Black Mask.)

Blitzway seems to have hit a home run with this statue and now I'm a little nervous about the Darkside Collectibles one that I've PO'ed. Just reviewing the photos on their site and it's really hard to tell which one of these is going to be the better of the two. At this moment I think Blitzway has Darkside beat in the base, detail and accuracy of the costume, pose and possibly the portrait but really difficult to tell. Up close pics show the skin texture is too over done on Darksides. Hoping that is something they rectified before production commenced. Darkside does have the unmasked portrait though which is a tick in their box. It also has detachable Max Shreck heads, 3 cats that are better than blitzways 1 cat in detail. Blitzway has set the bar high, I hope Darkside can leap that bar, Both nervous and excited for theirs to release.
The only gripe is that they literally doubled her breast size. And most people turn a blind eye to this stuff in statue collecting. But if you sit down and watch the movie. It stands out like a sore thumb. And then when you think about it and her character before transforming into cat woman, and she has a full meltdown because of society expectations of women...

Very Awesome I Love the Pose But, If I were to sculpt this Catwoman and knowing Michelle's Version of Catwoman I would tilt her neck and her head down More making her look more Sinister and Mysterious with both her eye pupils looking up like she's looking at the Buyer's making Michelle's Catwoman Secretly saying "YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO BUY ME!" Creepily Sexy with a hint of Evil in this statue.
Definitely nailed the portrait, but the cat issue almost seems like an oversight. Not a fan of having a piece just leaning on another like that. One wrong bump at the display and it's gone.

It’s absolutely incredible. The detail is spectacular. From the base all the way up. I feel like they captured it here. Even the pose is amazing. Sexy and seductive with a mischievous expression that is perfect for the overall look. The head sculpt is what you said. It’s stunning. The likeness is in point. Forget home run. It’s a Grand Slam. Don’t SELL it 😂 It’s a keeper. Just kidding. But for real. Wow

The cat bugs me. I've been going back and forth between the pics on Sideshow and stills from the video. In the pictures, it doesn't look like the cat is leaning, like it's left rear foot is close to that key hole behind it. This is going to bug me all day.
I disIike the cat. If I got this statue I wouldn't display her very close to CW. (either I will remove it ..or put it down (not on the base but near it). 😄
The eyes look a little off. Paint is off on the skin if the body looks plastic-e, Hate the cat. Unfortunately, the base is a lot smaller than the. Michael Keaton base. Was hoping both bases would match being the same size. Not the sexiest pose either. Easy pass for me.
