      They do! I just recently started taking multi vitamins and wow , what a diffrence!

    This is what I tell my husband when he says you’re a multitasker and I say no …. I’m getting one thing done at a time 😅 but I get it all done 🎀 that’s success this was nice to hear!!

    Stress is the stress we put on ourselves. By knowing of events happening in society by way of the news only heightens more stress. I haven't watched any news for a year and a half. News will always be the same whether we watch it or not. I have found that just because I don't watch the news anymore or worry about what's it's reporting on, the news will not follow me up to my doorstep to involve me in it. And yes, life is still going on around me. I used to think I had to keep an eye on the news to navigate my own life and to safeguard my personal interests. I know now that's not true. But what I do know that as long as I can vote, in my pj's at my kitchen table if I have to, I can still have my say so in the big picture✅️. My philosophy is Hope for the Best. And leave the rest.

    What is here is the stress and chaos haha that’s why you get stressed before you go into situations like that you know it’s coming. It’s just reality.

    This is a great tip! Never thought about multitasking actually being a bad thing.
    Also, this was a bit hard to listen to. A lot of interrupting and fast talking. But overall enjoyed the message.
