- Hey party people! thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share with you this new lunch video!! What a long time in the making this one is, hope you enjoy it I have complied a months worth of lunches that I packed for my kiddos for school. school lunch videos used to me my bread and butter - then they faded away, we'll see how you like this one! haha

I always had the same lunch growing up. All I wanted was a tuna sandwich made with miracle whip. 🤣😂 That’s it!
YOU HELPED ME!!!!!!Thank you so much Kim. This past week my toddlers(kinder & preK) have been asking to take lunch to school and I didnt want to just send them lunchables or sandwiches. Your video came in clutch and to think on the original post day I decided I was going to skpp thinking it was lunches for home(i normally skip lunch cause im home alone). Again thank you, this helped me tremendously. And by the way, i didnt think it was the same every day, each day was a different shuffle.

I have to catch up on your videos, I am out of state helping my Mom after she fell and broke her knee in two places and needed surgery. I am also helping my 87 year old Dad. I been here since before Christmas and be home at the beginning of April. I missed Christmas this year with my almost 2 year old Grandson. My husband went to visit them for a few days. I love your videos, they make me want to have the energy you have.

This is how I found you, Kim. My son was starting Kindergarten, and he is the pickiest eater, and I needed lunch ideas. I found you 5 years ago, and I've never left. Also, you talk yourself down about the amazing lunches you make your children. You pack all these lunches with love, and any kid would be happy to have these. You're an awesome Momma, Kim. My kids school has a microwave in their classroom (they don't have a cafeteria) and that works great to reheat lunches. Taco salad is a favorite of my kids. I make taco meat and they pick the side toppings (cheese, salsa, tomato, lettuce/spinach, tortilla chips or doritos, rice). My daughter loves assembling her own parfaits at school...greek yogurt with fruit and homemade granola on the side. Sometimes we do breakfast for lunch and do pancakes/waffles and bacon. Peanut butter on pancakes makes it much more filling! My less healthy but fast lunch is mini corn dogs from the freezer. I usually pack lunches the night before so I'm less rushed and have more energy to do so.
How did you know I desperately needed this?? In a lunch packing slump lately. We also have 5 kids and 3 in school. Thanks so much lady! ❤️

I’m so excited for this, I knew you’d provide me with my weird love of lunch vids😝 I know I know I’m strange🤪 I think I’m enthralled by these vids, at my old age of soon to be 61😳 bc I don’t recall my mom ever packing lunches for me, she wasn’t the most astute when it came to us older 2 kids and I was made to be a very mature child by 1st grade🤷🏻♀️ I used to have to pack my own lunches hence my curiosity and love of watching these vids these days plus some folks have made a career out of making lunches w/their fancy cut foods etc. This has been fun, you’re so enthusiastic over packing your kids lunches, NOT😜 you’re hilarious and I just adore you Kim, you make me giggle and laugh out loud all the time😂😂🤣 TYFS, I got my fix so my day can begin on a positive👍👍👍 Take good care my friend, enjoy!♥️✨✨👼🏻✨💫♥️

Love how you really consider each child's likes and dislikes when you put lunches together. It's awesome how you're always creative enough to "make it work" even when you run out of something! As a kid, my school lunch was always a sandwich (tuna, egg salad or bologna) and a Hostess cupcake.
I have no kids at home, but I still look forward to watching every video you post! I can't believe how big baby Wolfgang is!
You can make French toast casserole with the leftover crusts! I made French toast sticks that called for cutting off all the crust and didn’t want to waste it so I found a recipe that used only the crusts and froze it for later and it turned out amazing.
Missed these! I found you years ago as an adult who is picky and needed lunch ideas lol. Keep these up if you have the time. They’re a hit!

What I do with my GF bread is I’ll save all the ends and freeze them then I when I have enough I will cut them all up and make French toast casserole with them or if it is around thanksgiving I’ll do stuffing

For my grandkids, I make "turkey rollups". It's just slices of turkey, or any meat, lay a sliced cheese on top and roll it up. No bread involved, because they don't usually eat the bread. I was thinking it may work out for your daughter with a gluten allergy.

Oh man! You are so creative! When my four were in school I had the standard formula....sandwich, fruit, chips, dessert. I worked out of the house so my formula worked for me. Plus I had none on dietary restrictions, which would have complicated matters. How you come up with all those combos is amazing. And yes my boys out ate the girls big time.

Funny story, my daughter loves starfruit they are like $4 each... if you can find them in the Phoenix area. She's so jelly!

May I ask something out of ignorance? This is what children eat at school as a meal in USA? Don't they eat cooked food like at home? Or this is just for breakfast and snacks?

How things have changed since I was at school. Being one of nine too. We were happy with a cheese butty (Liverpool slang for sandwich) a bag of crisps (chips) and an apple! Maybe a tangerine near Christmas time 🤪Never even heard of humus til I was about 20! Lol The posh kids had ham or sliced beef or tinned salmon .ha ha ha Thanks for the incite Kim, take care❣

I have that pampered chef cutter and I make those uncrustables a loaf or two at a time and pop them in a freezer ziploc. One loaf of bread makes 10 sandwiches, but when you have multiple kids that doesn’t stretch too far 😂

Wow, these are incredible lunches and extremely healthy. You are such a good mom. Where was this video 15 years ago! LOL. I was always starving for ideas for their lunches and most of the time it was just PB&J or pepperoni sticks and cheese. They were such picky eaters. I'm so happy your children have an expansive pallet. That uncrustable thing as magic!

Man you guys are lucky! I live in Montreal and you can’t send your kids to school with anykind of nuts so granola, peanut butter and nutella is forbiden as well as all that is considered junk food like chips, cake, gummies etc like they look at me wrong for a bear paw 😂

When I make sandwiches with the bread heel for the kids, I turn the crusted side to the inside of the sandwich and nobody knows. 🤫

Haha I pack lunches at 6 in the morning so that’s probably why. Also 40 weeks pregnant then life as a sleep deprived mom of a newborn so that played a role for sure ❤
