Much like many of the previous comments. This is great content. I have for the last 6 maths suffered with flute issue which now restricts my swing. I have had several chiro appts which stand alone only lesson the restriction . Very keen to work with this lady as I feel she understands the golfers curse👍
Brilliant, allows set of club at top with right palm up and right elbow in. This eliminated such inconsistencies in my backswing that I never understood before. Thank you, Joel
This is brillaint, natalie gives a great insight, and i think you both bounce of each other. It would be good to see some of the video out on the golf course. But thanks to the both of you for taking the time on this
Hogan said that golf is a game of misses. Where even a miss is a good shot. But when things go terribly wrong, golf can be nearly completely discouraging. We have to do so many things right. And then see it as second nature. The lower back is one potential weakness that has to be understood. Your video is a real eye opener. You’ve got me wanting to get out there hoping to be much more confident or at least more hopeful for greater consistency. Thanks be great be good and be lucky
I have suffered from chronic lower back pain for more than 6 years. This past year, I added three simple excercises to my regular workout routine, and now the pain is gone. They are cat/camels, bird dogs, and hip bridges. Good to see bird dogs in this video and hip bridges in a previous one! I think I'll add the third one from this video to my routine as well.
The first six minutes of this video was so instructive that I have had to commit it to a constant reflection. It’s the winter in the Northeast and I have to be patient. But what is unique in my life is the meditative concern I have developed for the golf swing. I think a cornerstone to a consistent golf swing is a stable effort around the core. The proper formation of the lower back is critical towards stability in the golf swing. I find that I have committed myself to not forget this video. Thanks
These are some of the same exercises my physical therapist had me doing many years ago i had since dropped them and my back is hurting thank you i know they work. Natalie should definitely start a you tube channel focusing on golf exercises. Thanks again
Hi Alex/Nat Ive had spinal surgery on my lower discs and have degenerative disc desease, can you advise me what exercises will help with this please, Thank you
Hi your intentions are good..but to say you need to stick the bottom out a little is very bad advice, just look at the old videos of the great players in the game, the had a rounded top of the spine posture. so what does that do to the lower back position. ummmm not rocket science.
My whole youtube channel is my own content, in my opinion, this video will change your whole golf swing. It’s a massive topic of golf that people don’t really touch on, as in the fitness side - this video has absolutely no relation to that. 👍🏼
@@AlexElliottGolf I’m not talking about the content - it’s the wording of the title, a key factor in garnering views. This title - and you’ve frequently done it before - is a direct copy of Russell’s last week
@@AlexElliottGolf you’ve used exactly the same titles bar one or two added words on a number of occasions; but this one takes the biscuit as it is exactly the same as RH’s one from Tuesday last week. I don’t see how you can deny it.
Hope you enjoyed today's video! Smash that thumbs up button if you did!

@@AlexElliottGolf I’ve been assuming the “s” back and never knew that was wrong! Thanks
Brilliant
In feel these excersises are more tests than excersises. The excersises last time improve and these test the result?
With my bad back I’ll have to try these exercises in the hope it might improve my ability to swing properly
great stuff!
Hi Alex/Nat
Ive had spinal surgery on my lower discs and have degenerative disc desease, can you advise me what exercises will help with this please,
Thank you
Gluteus Maximus which is switched off. To switch them on. Stretch the hip Flexors first.
I'll try this tomorrow in the gym.
great hope it helps
starts @ 5:30 ish
Visit Bats website haha - i only noticed this as i am going to visit her website, not trolling.
How come they bypassed you with the Cobra RAD?? Oh wait they don’t make badminton rackets
I’m sure they are making them as we speak 👀
It's always rain and miserable grey low cloud cover outside that window. They should do CGI.
Hahaha your telling me!! I need to get away hahah
Wish I knew this 30 years ago.

Another shameless Russell Heritage title steal, this time from last Tuesday....can you not come up with your own ideas?
