Yes!!

75 is NOT OLD. When & if you reach it your tune on "old" will change overnight.
@?? Well, I'm 67 & this close to 75, it's a young age. My mother was 90 when she passed, dad 93. 75 is not old; unless you want it to be. Hell, the average man dies before 80. You could say 40 is old. Die at 70, 40 means hopefully you've got 30 yrs. left. I was ---i out of luck & was forced to retire at 56. I use a walking stick (actually a mop handle) to keep me from falling. Canes are stupid & too short. I lifted furniture into this place put away tons of stuff when I moved in 10 yrs. ago. I'm in pain 24/7 365 days a yrs. Take 4 different types of pain pills. They really don't work & Opioids make you Stump Stupid. My pain is annoying, nothing more. If you let pain hold you back, it'll do so & for that you'll be a lost soul. This information is not enough to put under a fingernail but I'm not into writing a book today.
@?? Keep Chuggin' along. Whatever you're suffering from, a cure a better way (healthier) of living could be right around the corner. You never give up. Remember, America is not the only country with researchers coming up with new meds & treatments. Most countries don't have the amount of red tape we do. The FDA is a pain in the ass. From where I live to Canada is 5 min. Many drugs are available there & not here. Eventually will 6 mos down the road if we're lucky.

Sammy I totally hear you. I’m originally from Toms river NJ, born and raised. That freehold/colts neck area of Jersey is friggin paradise. During the fall time it is absolutely stunning. Some of my best memories of apple picking at eastmont orchards and snow sledding at Monmouth battle field. I’m so glad to hear when people seen that area of Jersey. Everyone’s opinion of it is Newark airport and they have no idea how gorgeous Jersey is 45 minutes south west from there. Great video Sammy. Keep them coming!
I'm Glad Sammy had that in his life to balance shit out back then . you can tell those are the guys fondest memories
To know you're experiencing the happiest times of your life is a gift. Oftentimes we're too busy thinking abt something else. I'm glad you got to have that time away fr the dark side, Sammy
We have 56 acres of family land. Been in the family since 1836. It’s my happy place.
I moved back to a rural area about 5 yrs ago....although I dont own a spread of land, I do have several acres in the back part of one of my best friend's family land that they sold me. Their 300 acres is kind of open to me to do whatever I want, and shields my little spot from the neighboring farmer's land too.

I'm from Indiana born and raised and there isn't anything better than coming home to the country, the quietness, freedom, and fresh air. Animal's are more loyal than any human. I've always loved having pet's because no matter what they loved you as long as you fed them and loved them back.
I moved out of Miami to the middle of nowhere in North Georgia. Trees, deer in the backyard, free range chickens running around. Best of all, not one mother fucker around. Love it. I enjoy these stories, i think you are a stand up guy. Thanks for sharing these with us.
I saw Sammy's name and a smile went across my face he always brightens my day! Sammy could be a comedian on the side he says some funny shit sometimes. I LOVE Sammy. Stay safe everyone.
I hauled race horses in and out of that farm, it is now called Perretti farms in Cream Ridge NJ, Sammy is right it is gorgeous there. Hauled yearlings to the sale to Lexington KY. 15 of them in a semi.

I loved this video. ❤ There is something so heartbreaking about losing your family farm. My dad and his 5 siblings grew up in Upstate New York on a 75 acre farm. That was in the 1920's. They had a main house, bungalows for summer vacationers, a pool, a barn with horses and cows. Lots of cats and dogs running around. Their garage across the road held a few cars and trucks. The Birch trees were stunning. My Dad always cried when we visited the Farm which they had lost. He was the youngest and the oldest sibling let it go into foreclosure. I wish that i could have grown up there. 🐎🐎
Really wasn't a family farm. He took it from a murder victim. No heart for people he victimized?

@@HamiltonRb maybe you missed my point. Of course it would be very different indeed. And that makes no difference to me.
Let's say that an old WWII vet speaks about how he landed and fought on Omaha Beach and that we find it interesting.
An old German whose father defended that same beach and was killed in action may find the same story highly offensive. Such circumstances won't mean that the story is less captivating for the rest of us.
Hearing the joy in your voice while you were telling us that made me wish i had a farm like that I'd invite you to stay with me and my people and be at ease as long as you would like. Seeing that spark in people is what does the magic. Stay as you are! All the best ❤️
I feel the exact same way about my grandparents farm. Its absolutely the best place on earth
