THANKS A LOT
You're most welcome! When's your interview? :)

Do you have an interview coming up?
The pdf is where just takes me to a site when some questions and answers are available and a option to purchase the full package which is quite deceiving if that's the case.
I hope my hundreds of hours of free content on UA-cam still helps :)
@@how2become it helps sure and I appreciate you doing the videos I just think a little more openness in your videos on how you need to purchase said pdf would go a long way with the community. Either way I appreciate your videos there's also Conflicting co-op values than the ones stated online with the Co-op than the ones in this video i hope that information helps with future videos for yourself. I have a interview today for team leader and was grateful for the information provided in certain aspects of the interview questions.
I worked at the co-op for 5 years my advice is don't, unless you are young and doing it temporarily. All I did was a simple maths test and most basic Interview questions.
Sorry to hear of your experience. I've heard some great experiences from others. What do you do now?
I’m going for the Co op bank job. Hopefully the interview is as easy lol
@@individualwoman8427 only other experience I've had is with the funeral side they use to let you go to the mortuary and place that arranges funerals, all of it was relaxed, I'm sure if you managed to get a job at Aldi you'll be fine, I actually failed my maths test for Aldi as it was harder than co-op, but the manager was impressed by me using a different colour CV to get there attention ahah so he let it slide as it was two marks I think
@@Sophyx93 I’ve got an interview tomorrow with them? What questions can I expect
@@djhanky460 Mine was awhile ago but probably why do you want to work for the co-op over other stores ? They definitely ask when have you ever had to problem solve or show team work. And yea if you mention about facing up (pulling all products to front of the shelf to tidy, p.o.s (point of sales) and date rotation they will be impressed, I'd make sure you mention that before they ask. If you hear someone mention (flat beds) that means the trolleys you take deliveries out on, just clue yourself up on shop terms, also make sure you ask questions, believe it or not many don't ask and you are more likely to get a job if you ask
How am I supposed to remember all this??
My advice would be to write down your answers and practice them out loud in front of a mirror :) When's your interview?
how about when its a succession
For which role? :)
They will be impressed if you mention about facing up and stock rotation, and p.o.s (point of sale) that's about it.
Facing up?
@@how2becomeIt's a shop term for pulling all the stock forward on a shelf so it's level and looks organized.
Sounds like Aldi who I work for lol
@@individualwoman8427 I did work for Aldi too but they treated me very bad and I walked in on a manager calling me names, so I walked out, fair enough to you for trying the banking side, retail workers don't get paid enough for the rotating shifts and horrible customers.
dont forget RTC bays,K2s(please tell me why theyre called K2s) racking and promo ends
I have a job interview on Thursday I’m very nervous

Which country ppl are there most in co-op??
Please could you clarify what you mean? :)
It’s diverse
got my interview in 2 hours
Best of luck! You've got this! What role is it for?

@@how2become they cancelled my interview because the manager was off sick, but rescheduled for thursday, so ill let you know then!
Did you get hired?@@DanielEdwards132
I had the interview today, i only got asked 2 of the 8 questions. The interview or chat was 2+ hours instead of the 1 i was supposed to have.
After giving the manager my life story for questions "who are you" and "have you had any moments where a situation was difficult", i gave him two life stories. He skipped the other questions and the end result....
I was hired 🤣
He wasn't even going to review the others. I didn't even need to use the Rochdale 1844, company values etc, i just told him who i was, what i did, what i've done and the experience i had and what i decided to do no only to fix it, but to help others and i got the job.
Fantastic news! I wish you all the best in your new role! 😄
He must be your father, right??
What do you mean? :)
I would of paid the £4.99 if it wasn’t for the monthly payments of £9.99
No need to pay the monthly payment, it is a free trial to a comprehensive online interview training course, if you don't want it you can cancel it anytime and try it free for a month :) Hope it helps and best of luck with your interview! :)
