That’s actually Mini. The mini sentry variant
it goes so hard though, genuinely would love if TF2 had a new class that levels up like Demo Knight but by how much metal is given to her by engineers or ammo pickups, she wouldn't be able to use medkits because their for humans and she couldn't heal herself because one past level 1 that would be OP. so you have a new class that has a different loadout that changes based on their level and is co dependant on the Engineer for health. she would basically be scout's with only a pistol on Level 1, heavy on level 2, and then Level three she would be both Heavy and Soldier at the same time with right click shooting the rockets and reloading would reload both her weapons, taking some time
that sounds awesome as hell... would genuinely play as her... SOMEONE GET THE TF2C DEVS

The little animation details like Sentry Woman's eye being just generally looking forward as she roars to suddenly focusing in to the POV (before fully shifting her gaze) and the way she steps back to fully utilize her new stabilizers just adds the finest of vinaigrettes.
0:45 is just perfect, i love it that she gives off that roar and just goes to menacingly locking onto the Spy

I'd imagine you'd give a high-five to the entry one before you appear facing the exit one, and by facing I mean off the face of a cliff.

I already have a design for my own interpretation, they still function the same as the original teleporter, but they have to transform into the teleporter for Entela (Entrance) to actually teleport (bread) the mercenaries to Exodus (Exit)

Finally, the acceptable sentry to lust after, ok no, but it's crazy how one model made such a impact to the community that now they are making an entire familly of sentrys

The BLU version at the end is more how I imagined Mimi Sentry at level 3 would be, still cute and smol but extremely deadly. Though this video does add more variety to the characters and implies that every Engie has their own unique design for Mimi Sentry

The blu mimi sentry looked like a kid sister trying on her older sister's clothes.
no matter which building it is i love how everyone agrees they would have an orange left arm because papa engi got his glove on the right. it a cute little detail that has been kept through out each model and idea
Oh i got something interesting. So maybe THIS should be a construction PDA replacement. Same buildings but each one has distinct personalities. The sentries will be unique: Mimi sentry is obviously level 1. Her level 2 form is...well that. But her level 3 is partially unhinged upon upgrading: it detects invis spies for a few seconds before acting like a normal level 3. Dispenser lady's level 3 always wields a short circuit for defense against rockets when synergized with the sentry. Teleporters...uhh...idk what to say. I havent seen em. And as for gunslinger sentry...well...we already know where this is: to fit the gunslinger playstyle, she's a much more mobile sentry that follows gunslinger engies wherever.
Edit: ...Okay maybe i shoulda finished the video. I wasnt expecting mimi chan to take place of the mini sentry. But that's interesting too. A mini sentry becomes a level 3 but is far weaker in HP, keeping the damage of the machine gun but partially nerfing the explosives. (Also nice zed taunt)
Edit 2: Ohhhhhhhhh...Okay I get it now. The reason spy's cloak is visible to us is because he spent all that time trying to find a good vantage point to drop on the sentry of the sapper. So when he frantically uses his(I'm guessing he is using the C&D) cloak, he was only visible.

Now that was hella cinematic. I really love the "Sentry girl" design here, looks hella badass, specially with that LV.3 transformation and that roaring part, was great. Loved the ending part with Mimi just mimicking her upgraded sis', kinda funny and cute lmfao.
I find it incredible how, despite not being a TF2 fan by far, I'm still fascinated by these animations and character models

I am so happy Sentry girls are still a thing. I don’t want this to be a trend or a meme, I just like this to be a small little TF2 animation community.
No shitty 5 second shitposts just because people think it’ll be popular, I want some actual quality animation with passion poured into it just because people want to make something great
Quite unfortunate that there is not many animators who would be willing to put much effort and passion into animating these characters in potentially cool and awesome content!

Hello there, designer of both the Dispenser Lady and Senthia here, I've already made designs of the Teleporter twins a month ago.
They still function the same as the original teleporter with them transforming into the teleporter, essentially they're basically Spining and T-posing.
They’ll come in time
