Arms and chest on day, legs other, etc. 3) don’t give up, this works. Although you may not get that much visible gains, you gain a ton of strength. You can get size by increasing the amount of rounds
Michael Blaze you’re gonna want to make sure they’re not empty calories. Make sure the food you eat puts good stuff in, i.e protein, fiber, healthy fats, etc

I did the 5min bicep, tricep, and shoulders as a complete routine for 3 weeks. I put 1/2' size on the bies and tries. This is significant considering all the heavier weight rep/sets rest/pause and repeat that I was doing that was doing nothing for me prior. These exercises work!

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
Depends, If you do a few sets of these its pretty good i say, Working on this plan with 2 sets of this and its awesome. Really kills me tho, So up your weights only when you are sure you can do more.
Insane progress if you use heavy weights, if u can't do much with heavy weights, build up to it, these types of workouts with heavy weights give you insanely muscular arms!

I can’t even express how valuable these exercises are to me. Been struggling with a botched hernia surgery and have wanted to strength train again so badly. Using light weights in these intense sets enables me to still work out without exacerbating my issue. All the other 5 minute workouts are tops too! Even if I could lift heavy I would still be using these as finishing exercises, they’re awesome.

If a min each is too much try doing 30 seconds, or do the minute and use lighter weights, as you progress just up the weight and or time. Great video you got me motivated now.
when you're on the second set, those last three exercises made me drop a dumbbell on my face gosh they get so heavy and my arms give out at the second set

I cant go to a gym so all I have are me and my adjustable dumbbells which go upto 50 pounds per bar. That and youtube to help me figure out what to do with them.

i did this with all upper body in one set. biceps, tri's, traps, shoulders, forearms, chest, back, core. if you do them back to back, you'll feel it for days!
I did the bicep, tricep, and forearm 5 minute workouts a few years ago and really saw results. My allergist was pissed cause they had a hard time finding fat to inject into :-) I got off the routine and am just getting back to it now. Can't wait to get back into it and see those results again. I just mean that if your arm is fully extended to the point if you went any further you'd have to hyperextend your elbow, your tricep is going to be flexed

I just turned 65 and retired, did the biceps workout and I'm sore this morning. Not going to quit! Looking forward to what these workouts can do.
