I just have a question, despite the massive shortage of teachers in England how come do we keep applying yet no positive response from schools.
First of all check your supporting statement, and your CV they should be catchy
Secondly when filling an application for check some of the responses you give carefully. They sometimes ask do you have any work that would continue when given the new job , please respond no

Why is the qts specific to only science subjects. Its annoying
Another question. While I am applying for the QTS, at the teaching experience when I click on 9- 20 months, it was stated that if a person has such period of teaching experience, that person is an early career teacher and must complete 2years induction . What does that mean? I don't understand.
If they ask for induction, answer not applicable.

Early career teachers are those who are doing PGCE and in the uk
Is there chance for Primary and Junior High school

Search for videos on how to use the electronic board, there are so many .
In the UK, you will not be using the projector as used back home, every classroom is set up already, you just need your laptop and this would be provided to you by the school that employs you
