You need to show evidence that you are actively looking for employment as a teacher in Wales.
You can contact one or more recruitment agencies in Wales and register with them. They can provide you with that evidence.

Hello Cynthia pls I want to ask about the ECCTIS I have it but the one I have is for health and care. Can i still use it?
Your ECCTIS/NARIC verifies your degree that it is equivalent to that of UK universities.
I think you need to write to the email in the website link to find out whether your letter of comparability is suitable.
I can make an informed suggestion for you because I don’t know what yours look like.

If i get you right,this documents are to be submitted before one can get the QTS, if so how can a school act as correspondence when one is about to get the QTS?
I am not sure which requirement you are enquiring about.
If it is the school reference from your place of work, then write to your school where you teach to provide a letter stating all the things required.
If it is about an evidence that you genuinely want to teach in Wales, register with an education agency and request that or apply to a school in Wales and use your correspondence with them as evidence.
If you need clarity, write to QTS Wales via their email. You should direct all your questions to them. They will advise you on what best to do.

Yes it is but you need to understand whether it is the best option for you if you want to get into teaching.
You need to read the requirements and what you will end up with. Assess your skills and qualifications before you choose a teaching pathway.

Write to an educational agency and ask them that you want to register with them to help you look for a teaching job in Wales. Ask them whether they can provide evidence for your QTS application. This is just one way to go about it.

If we have degree from UK university then do we need to apply for UK Naric? and i have applied for QTS in last August in England but still i did not get any update from that. can I apply simultaneously in Wales as well?

I don’t think you need a Statement of Comparability from UK NARIC/ECCTIS since you completed your Masters in the UK.
Please visit the government website to get accurate information tailored to your situation. There are a lot for questions I have that I can’t ask here.

Follow the instructions and apply.
If you have any questions, ask them via the email. Provide all the documents.
Evaluating your B.Ed with ECCTIS is the only thing that will cost some money.
Giving it a trial is not a bad idea.

It is a legal requirement for any teacher teaching in a Scottish school to be registered with GTC Scotland.”

Thank you for this valid video , I have been in the uk for a while now as a student and working as a cover teacher, I’ve been wondering how I can apply for QTS here.
I have one or two questions for you please 🙏
1. Who should I addres the letter of professional standing to?because it clearly states that we must not apply until every document is ready
2. I had tried to compare my certificates with NARIC back home before I came her but I wasn’t successful because my university (university of Lagos) didn’t send my transcript and they refused to accept the student copy with me😢
If I apply from her now will they accept the student copy? Cos I’m tired of unilag!!
