- Originally an extremely limited pair from 2003, Nike SB brought back the eBay-inspired Dunk Low earlier this month paying homage to the chopped up auction house pair by utilizing clear TPU panels. Honouring the late Sandy Bodecker as well, these are a sneaker with tremendous backstory and meaning! Check out my review to learn more about the history and to see how they look on feet!

These are one of those pairs that everyone hates initially but will regret not picking up 2 years from now
I got them as a gift for my birthday and I absolutely love them. I think it is amazing that they retold the story so well and created a shoe to reward og collectors. I have been skating and wearing mine everywhere. I love matching it with socks.
I wish Nike had "stitched" it together than using the translucent panels. It would have lent itself to a lot more wearable. Other than that, I do agree that it's a great story-telling piece to have in the collection.

Because the shoe to most is objectively ugly, including me. It has a cool story and is cool it released but most people dislike a shoe that looks cut up. It's more of a display and cool collectable to me.
Of course, I will wear them rarely, but I’ll buy them for the collection.

i use black tape to tape the clear part in my pair. Look much better imo

The greatest shoes always get the most hate when they drop, the hype beast who only wears neutral schemes because that’s what’s “cool”. They will have no idea what to do with something so creative, I personally rock mine with an avengers hoodie or TMNT T-shirt and some jeans or some khakis and got nothing but compliments and pictures. Give it 10 years and these will be “grails”, don’t ride waves people just buy stuff because you like it not because the internet deemed them hype
Pretty atrocious looking on feet, but I appreciate the history and I'm planning on buying a super small size just to display. Looks way better on a shelf than on feet imo

I think the cut up clear parts are a neat idea and tribute . I think they'd be much more wearable if they weren't those ebay colors doing with the clear
