I had the same issue with the fuselage halves. Amazing job you did with this.

Nice video. You're a much better modeller than I am but I didn't have any fit issues with the fuselage with this kit. Airfix tend to be very tight tolerances so sometimes if you have paint on the inner parts or surfaces it can throw out the alignment, in my experience.
Yeah, I'm sure I got a little too much paint somewhere, but still enjoyed the build a lot!

Why did you choose the Airfix kit? Just curious.
Mainly cost and availability. I picked up the kit for 40% off so it was pretty cheap. I would like to get the Eduard kit as well for comparison.
Your black primer, is it the normal rattle can rust oleum primer?
