Also the hidden wording in each of the cards where the action seems to be illegal but the card has prominence over the rules.

That's the gist of the story really, but in each tower segments you play through weapon stories or past memories of someone. Its like this for each tower and their levels.
Doubt it has anything to with Replicant/Automata. Seeing as these are simulations to go through in the so-called weapon stories, it MIGHT have smth to do with the Drakengard3 android Accord as an overseer to this simulations to collect her data. But even that’s a stretch as we have next to nothing heard from Accord ever since DoD3
We might get a peek into A2 and Rose’s story in Replicant since it’s technically Nier 1.5(1.2247 is square root of 1.5), as well as Emil vs the aliens. But then again we’ll have to see
Square Enix doesn't really seem to do that all that often anymore. They didn't tone down Nier Automata, they definitely did not tone down Kaine's outfit in Replicant, so I see no reason why they'd do it here.
Let’s say after all 3 main androids were rebuilt by the pods in ending E, A2 retained some of 2B’s memories and battle data. Or let’s say A2 knew it all along since 2B is her copy.

is it me or it`s all button mashing? i mean all skills are just demage dealling back and forth...Where is crowd control effects(stuns, attack speed slowing effects,blinds,mute,) ,debuff and buff game on both :playble characters and for enemy...it`s things like that ,that upgrades game from blind button mashing cheap piece(gameplay wise) into game that forces you to use actuall skill and strategy in order to win......just saying...good first impression due to great visuals and soundtrack can carry a game so far....just my personal opinion as a long time gamer...
It seems there where specific icons to the button he presses in order tho. Let's just assume those icons were for specific uses and purpose you talking about. Seems like purely muscle memory rather than simply button mashing.
