BMW E30 DIY Project Car - Initial Assessment

I bought a 1991 BMW E30 318i. This car is equipped with a BMW M40, 1.8 liter petrol engine, 5 speed manual transmission, and rear wheel drive. The condition is rough but should be serviceable. Join me as I restore the car, right here in my own porch, to a good working condition over the next few months! My goal is to make this car my daily driver or only car.
