Caran d'ache Neocolors ii are artist quality water-soluble wax pastels. You can mix them with water to create a watercolor effect, use them to mix media techniques and to everyday drawing.

1. Adding layers with water
2. Mixing with colored pencils
3. Neocolors on gouache
