In season 3 it seems to be a mistranslation because I read a manga translation for chapter 73 (season 3 episode 3) where she first said this that said "I can observe and monitor up to 100 people at a time." She would have no way to know about one for all. So unless you're willing to do as much research or more I'm not changing my stance

That's what makes Shigaraki and All Might "Symbols". Shigaraki has seen that a world relying on a singular pillar surrounded by what amounts to bystanders is a society that is bound to collapse, so he's taking out his anger on the world that rejected him and others like him. The students, specially Midoriya, is finally coming around to this realization, and I can only hope they don't just bring back to status quo, but make it a better world.
1:18 It's so stupid that the anime staff confused Shigaraki's Air Cannon for Air Wall. Air Cannon was one of the quirks All For One used back in season 3. Air Wall was one of the 4 quirks Nine stole off of Heroes after he was set free. Tomura having a copy of Air Cannon makes perfect sense. Air Wall makes none.

I think the fact that AFO NOW has super regen, yet his face is still deformed means that he only got super regen afterwards. if he had it prior to his loss against all might, his face should've recovered. he probably never had a need for it, until all might kicked his ass and he realized he doesn't want to end up crippled like before lmao.
This anime really seemed childish up until we started dealing with Overhaul; The villains were straight up incompetent for a good portion of the series, but now that AFO is actually back in the field, and Shigaraki has molded into a sort of hybrid between AFO and his destructive self, the villains are actually putting some serious mental effort in. The show got real serious after the death of Nighteye and the bleak events of season 6. Now I'm curious to see where this goes in season 7.

That the output of his power or if he has another way to use quirk, he still has a hard time figured thing out, so gang him at that moment.
