Oooo fancy!
Thanks man! Didn't know about your channel. You do a great job on tool restoration. Definitely I'm subscribing now. Regards from Barcelona!
That clamp has resurrect!! Great video, Lluís 👏👏👏
It did! Thanks for tuning in Roman!
I love it when tools are taken care of ! I often save tools to see them restored even if I Don't use them! Some times in small flea markets you see old men selling tools they restored, always nice to pick them up and feel the quality, of course you cannot do that with modern crap tools.
I usually buy old tools on flea markets. In fact I have many restored (not filmed). Some others are awaiting on my "to do" list.
Cool tool
Thank you mate!
Fantastic projecte 10/10👌
Merci!
Beautiful, Lluis! I love restoring old tools as well. Especially, power tools. Lets me have more tools for less $$.
Thank you for your comment Chris. I'm a big fan of tool restoration, I'm agree it saves you a lot of money. But nowadays I still not be able to restore power tools due my lack of electronics knowledge. Regards!
Really nice video and Very satisfying !👍👍
Thank you!
Wow!

New clamp!!
Very good restoration bro 👍👍👍👍
Thanks!
Excelente!
Muchas gracias!
Jajaja
Gracias, me alegro que os haya gustado!
Jajaja, nueva gama de productos, Classic Vintage. 😎
nice!
Thanks!
Awesome! I love the annotations at the bottom for the equipment you are using, great idea! But have you considered doing it for the other main solvents/consumables/products you are using? I'm wondering what the spray you used to clean it was. (And the wax, but I saw the other comment and answer/video for that.)
Thanks for your comment. I'm glad you like the restoration. I usually refer to those products of the brands that support me. About your question, the spray used to clean is wd40.
cool
Thanks man!
Question: I am new to woodworking / DIY, and do not have a grinder (and don't want one; I've watched too many safety videos on how dangerous they can be in inexperienced hands!). Even though it would have taken longer, would this have worked just as well using wire brushes, and cleaning it by hand? I would love to be able to purchase older clamps now that I see how easily they can be restored....thank you!
Of course this could be done with a (heavy) wire brush and lots of elbow grease. If you finally avoid using an angle grinder with a brush cup I recommend you to use wd40 to help you on the rust removal. I wish you luck!
Thanks so much!! Can't wait to get to those garage and estate sales to see what I can find!! :-)
Sure! You're very welcome!
Can you tell me more about the homemade wax??
Of course. I've made a video showing how I made it, with all the proportions ;). Here: ua-cam.com/video/xubUtDLkjTU/v-deo.html
60👍
Thanks!
