This video features some beginner-friendly and time-friendly bujo spreads with a minimal rose theme🌹 I'm trying out some brand new spreads this month, so be sure to stay tuned on how I like using them! So pretty! I have a very similar sleep tracker. Its so useful to see my wake up and fall asleep times, and how many hours i get. I have a chronic illness that throws things off so bad sometimes!
Oh man I’m sorry you have to go through that! It’s great to hear your sleep tracker is so useful though! I’m hoping this system will work well for me too☺️☺️
@@anabruns thank you! I just started bullet journalling in December, and am slowly finding what works for me. The sleep tracker along with a supplement tracker and big health tracker (energy level, symptoms, etc) are helping me see patterns and will hopefully help me see if new treatments are helping or not. It's an ongoing quest for some relief! I'm so glad I found bullet journalling, and am enjoying seeing your simple and pretty spreads. So inspiring!

Love the choice of desaturated colors for this month’s theme! I started logging my wake up time and work start time this year trying to stick to a more consistent schedule - that and my spend log are my essential monthly spreads.
Question: where did those gold journal clips come from?
