- This is a showcase of the first few areas in the TV World, comparing stock Persona 4 Golden and the P4 Fog Restoration mod.
P4 Fog Restoration is a visual overhaul mod for Persona 4 Golden that aims to restore the visuals of Persona 4, bringing the fog of P4 to modern platforms at last.

Asides from the BGM, the atmosphere truly impact the whole gameplay experience. Thanks for adding the fog! I think you also need to add a litte blur and noise. I usually used that trick to make my art feels more alive. It is not truly noticable for some people, but it does impact the whole experience without them realizing. I learned that trick in a study of realistic CGI in a horror movie.
@@whitecrow20XX For clarification, this is a mod, not a video edit or reshade or anything like that.
Adding additional blur/noise on top of the existing effects would be difficult (and it wouldn't look very good in practical gameplay).
Is August the month of ambitious Persona mods?

@@troev To be fair, the mod is available for both the Steam version and the PSP version.
You could always just use PPSSPP and emulate it
@@aerodynamo4874 i personally dont like emulators, i use them only when i cant access game otherwise
as someone who played the vanilla persona 4 before golden released on pc (but it was announced while i was in the rise dungeon lmao) the fog and color really made the atmsophere of the game and made it more mysterious. P4G was too saturated and bright and removed the fog from the original game making the game SOULLESS. So from the bottom of my heart i thank you very much for this ambitious mod dedicated to bringing back the SOUL of persona 4 back in golden.

I hope it has that Slight Deep Mirroring effect under the U.I of the Weather/Date thing like the PS2 Had
@@ThomasQuiros-n8h It does not :( PS2 version will always look better than this, at least as long as we can't find a way to import those effects over (don't expect anything tbh)
