- How to setup and use the Singer Hemstitcher Picot attachment. This demonstration shows the cover plate for Singer models 15 & 201. Be sure your attachment has the correct cover plate for your model of machine. Attachment #121387 with cover plate #121388 for the Singer 15 & 201. MY EXPERIENCE IS THAT THIS ATTACHMENT DOES NOT WORK ON A 115 DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE NEEDLE CLAMP, WHICH HITS THE ATTACHMENT AS IT GOES DOWN.****)
