I'm making this tonight and I might be tossing in a few homemade garlic croutons to serve it. Yumm.

You are an inspiration. I did use saffron, and poached scallops in my soup. But your advice to not to use cream or garlic was spot on. Grew a varity called Carolina Gold. My best buddy, I supplanted her dad's homemade tomato soup, but we are not telling.

Trying this on Saturday. Is it good with red tomatoes too?

OMG that sounds and LOOKS so damn good. And no cream. Just tomatoes in purest form. Though you must have grown them tomatoes. I've never seen them for sale before. Got to me home grown. I'd like to try that. To bad I cannot buy them yellow maters.

My favorite tomato. They have a lemon variety that is killer. Taste like you put fresh squeezed on it. Be Well, Jack

I've seen a lot of his vlogs I don't think he knows how to cook everything is 3 minutes or less and I've never seen a African American person on the show.

Skin and seeds? Are you kidding? YUCK!

    • @JRPlantagenet

Tomato seeds and skins are NOT digestible by humans. Does MD stand for mentally-deficient? I hope it's not Medical Doctor, LOL. They taught us better at Georgetown University School of Medicine. Maybe you missed that lecture?

By the way, I LOVE Daddy Jack! I just don't like to eat tomato skins and seeds.

Besides you obviously not being all that bright, weren't you taught that if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. You just made yourself out to look like a total dick.
