I love your channel! There's so much I have to learn from you guys. I'm trying to restore my grandfathers barn so I can live in it and I have everything I need from you guys! Keep up the great work!
You mentioned that the house is from the late 70s and you had the popcorn tested, what year specifically and what were the test results? Also did you test any wall compound?
I have a whole video on removing the popcorn ceiling in the bedroom renovation series. The house was built in 1979. I had 2 different samples from the popcorn ceilings tested and both came back negative. I didn't test any wall compound as its not likely to contain asbestos.
Good day. This is not the first time I have watched your videos, I really liked how you do renovations, but I did not hear information about the size of the bathroom, could you please provide the size of the bathroom, thanks in advance for your reply.
As you may have been able to to tell, I started cutting it out haha! The majority were against it, especially in the floating bed build so I started removing them. But maybe I will throw one back in there for you!
Awesome video, by the way, how many hours would you normally spend on a demolition like this? I plan to do this by myself and want to know the estimated time cost.. Thanks!
As someone who just finished a bathroom remodel last weekend, I felt that toilet removal in my bones
Yeah, those are never fun haha! I've done a couple now, but they never get any easier
Needed some inspiration before starting my first demo of my house. Thanks for this. Great Stuff
Glad it was helpful!
You're good Brother, keep up the good work because you're helping so many people!

Thank you! That’s sounds like a super fun project! Good luck!
That clam shell basin, classic 😂
Were you able to keep the ceiling and just remove the popcorn?
I tore out the entire ceiling and replaced it with wood
The faux wood covering around the toilet tank was epic.
I agree 😂
Good vid. Thanks.
Glad you liked it!
Freakin awesome video my brotha 👏🏼❤️
Thanks man!
What caps did you use for the shower? And what is the tool you used to cut the pipes?
had to redo the caulking recently... getting that itch lol
How long did the demo take?

I just started my demo yesterday. Not fun because I’m doing one of the second floor bathrooms. Dreading taking the toilet out.
Sounds like a fun project! You can always use the window if you’re not planning on keeping it 😅
Your videos are so informative! What is the name of the yellow tool you are using?
Thank you! That is a crowbar
Thank you

Thanks! It’s roughly 6’x10’
Bring back the clap!

Should've left the dump door open and walked everything in, 🤣🤣
Yeah, that was probably the smarter option 😂

Thanks! Demo took about 16 hours (2 days work for a 1 man crew)
I wish you'd donated that cabinetry and the countertop to Habitat. 😮💨
Good idea. I will try to do that in the future
It looked a lot better before. What a shame
We can agree to disagree 😂
